Milan is very rude to his wife and also not very bright. He doesn't know how to plan or budget. I feel sorry for his wife.

Millan and Thai's house is now quite dated with all the heavy dark furniture (built ins). The problem (as Sarah often points out), is that things that are up to the minute on trend, go off trend fairly quickly.

      Thats right 👉 .
The problem with the majority of these is they are doing them to there own tastes .
A.lot of the bath rooms and kitchens ,take too much of there capital .
And stuff that they are attempting should be done by trades men as it is false economy to take longer than pay some one amd get it done in half the time .

The husband sure doesn't treat his wife as an equal partner. I imagine his treatment of her will negatively impact her feelings of self-worth and her dignity---and as the years go on it will get worse and worse.

Absolutely. Most Indian men treat women like something they stepped on, then come to live in Australia and wonder why women don't want to be intimate with them. Bloody no hope of me ever meeting one for that reason. Plenty of them work in BP service stations over here and treat women with disdain. They make me sick. She already resents him, you can see that. I hope she gets some sense and kicks his arse to the kerb. What a pig for speaking to her that way

People spending money they don't need to just because they WANT to on an investment that's supposed to make them money.. I just... It's so frustrating to watch. You want to get a luxury kitchen? Do that with your own home. Spend it on yourself. Spending it on an investment is only eating your profits.

Millan and Thai should have listened to Sarah. If the kitchen had been in the back they wouldn't have needed the side extension and would have made more money. The overkill with the composite units and the aquarium were expensive vanity projects, which added no value. They could have mad a lot more money. The garage was hilarious. They were lucky to be selling in a rising market. Might not be so lucky next time.

If I were buying a house in the U.K. - which presumably still gets lots of rain, whatever else climate change is doing - an integral garage would be a priority for me. And Millan and Thai's house could have had one! Instead, the place looks as though it has a garage when it doesn't. I think prospective buyers would feel really cheated when they roll up the door and find that ridiculous little space. The couple should have broken their budget not with exorbitantly priced fittings (and that fish tasnk!) but by knocking down the wall that was built in error and started from scratch on equipping the house wit a usable garage.
