The breadboard on the ceiling is a nice find. I'd do an arch in the hallway and keep the cornice. It will add a bit of that "ta-da" feeling as you walk into the room with the stunning ceiling
Omg ive just purchased an inter-war home and have to gut the kitchen due to water damage where the previous owners haven’t done the attachment to the house properly….I’m just so overwhelmed with all these builders telling me its going to cost me over 120,000 for the bathroom, kitchen, exterior wall and kitchen window to be done
