Really?!! How dare she cry on tv when her 19yo is missing? That family have received so much horrible abuse from people, it’s disgusting. I don’t care what the kid has done a few years back. It’s looking more and more unlikely that he’ll return alive so maybe have a bit of compassion?
@Dr_Vix People seem to find it extremely difficult to have any compassion. If it was one of their own, I think you'd see a completely different side to them. We all know he wasn't an angel and probably should have been locked up, but he wasn't, and regardless of his crimes that's still her son. Unless you've been in that position I don't know how anyone can criticise how she's coming across.
Dear Talk TV. You shouldn’t be mocking the armchair-detectives in the tragic Nicola Bulley case, because it was an armchair-detective who found her, the ‘real’ detectives didn’t! Here’s hoping this case has a better outcome.
Welllll yes and no. They had police searching the river and banks for days, then a team of diver experts searching the river and bed for days. All of them went right past where she was caught up in some bushes / tree at the side of the river. And all of them missed her. On numerous occasions and at varying heights of water levels. Then the diver experts proclaimed she was not in the river, as if she was they would have found her. A few days after this a dog walker spotted her in the tree / shrubs and called it in. People thought she was abducted and all sorts of theories were put forward.
@@Simon-xc5oy I agree with what you say Simon. But let’s not forget, as I remember it, that ‘dog walker’ was a self-proclaimed psychic who said he had a vision, and knew where she was, and had driven a long way just to find her. I noticed with interest that this ‘conspiracy theorist’/ ‘busy body’/‘armchair detective’/‘internet ghoul’ was then quickly labeled a mere dog walker when as it turned out, she was tragically exactly where he had a feeling she would be. I am not condoning ever interfering with police business, nor concocting needless drama during such heartbreaking matters, but sometimes, I say when all hope is lost, it is best to listen to those who perhaps have shall we say… a fresh and perhaps better nose. Here’s hoping for some good news.
@@nigelcarren Ahh I see. A dog walking psychic....heh. In my experience the police in the Uk are worse than useless. When you need them to be around to deter crime they are no where in sight. When something happens they turn up after the event. Make sympathetic noises etc, but if they had been out policing the event would not have happened. When they are not doing that they are mugging motorists or chasing people online for mis gendering someone. I have little faith in them, to me they are just another extension of the government are often little more than state sanctioned bullies and egotists. All that manpower and cops everywhere and they still could not find her. They had no clue at all as to where she was. And everyone with more than two braincells was saying she had to be in the river, and in the end...oh look! They were right. More often than not the obvious answer is the answer. As the world is full of obvious situations and 1 + 1 = 2 is the outcome. Dont go on that icy pond!!! You will fall in! Whoops! What did I tell you? You see that fire? Its hot! Dont put your hand in it.....oh dear you seem to have caught light! Who would have expected that to happen! That river bank is muddy and slippery, dont go near the edge...and so on.....
No, it wasn't it was Peter Faulding. He found her within 10 minutes of searching that river. The police decided not to believe him and continued the search. He did a recent interview where he opened up about the whole thing.
I'm no armchair sleuth. What I can say as far as I can see the Spanish Police and all others involved have worked tirelessly in the ground search in difficult terrain. I'm sure they are searching for a body.

You should know that he is or was a good boy - same as Stephen Lawrence. Never mind what people on Reddit and other media post, including Any screenshots about his duping delight mother buying designer stuff out there. Also we shouldn't pay attention to rumours that his friend Lucy Law is a quite high ranking drug dealer with mules working below her (wouldn't a female need backup from a male with a males strength to do that?). Ignore the photo of the turban man who is said to be the kingpin he is supposed to have been dealing with, and another photo of three blokes they asked one searcher to take of them, telling her to make sure it is seen by whoever needs to see it. Also we mustn't question why almost all donations on the gofundme are from females.... all around £5. An awful lot of fivers to reach £30,000 so fast. We also mustn't notice that not many donations seem to be listed. Now no one suspect money laundering. Are fund me incomes tax free? Especially if received in Tenerife? I don't know the tax status of it there. Never mind that his duping delight mother reportedly was busy buying a Gucci bag and Chanel purse. It isn't from the gofundme money that they reportedly cannot access. Nor that he was reported as seen onk 3.5 miles away. If it's even true and not another distraction hoax, then I think it's a pity his 7 thug mates who also almost murdered Tim Hilton ( also involved with a drugs gang?), weren't there with Jay Slater and also "went missing". That could have been 8 nasty criminals off the streets - and not breeding. I also suspect that the police in Tenerife only reacted so quickly because they hope to catch the Moroccan dealers he was supposedly doing business with, or find a large amount of drugs - or both. If it's true. After the way the British "police" sabatoaged evidence of poor little Maddie Mccann, it isn't surprising that their "help" was refused.

Lucy Mae Law needs to be pulled back in for extensive questioning .. I’m 99.9% sure she knows far more than she’s already stated. She travels almost monthly to different countries, how does she pay for that type of life style?! The countries that she visits regularly are well known for illegal drugs and I truly believe Jay’s disappearance has something to do with Lucy/Drugs! Could she have talked Jay into earning some ‘big money’ and something drastic went wrong? I don’t believe he’s lost in the mountains, surely after 10 days searching with Civil Guard, Helicopters, Drones, CCTV, Trained tracking dogs, Mountain Rescue etc the list goes on yet not one piece of evidence found!! Very suspicious in my view, it’s time to seriously question Lucy & the 2 men again, their stories don’t make a great deal of sense! If by some miracle Jay is found on the island unfortunately the outcome is unlikely to be good.

My heart truly aches for this mother, but she has to recognize that the authorities in Tenerife have provided the best searchers to locate her son Jay, and she has been welcomed into that country with open arms and much concern for the well being of her son. Tourist must also understand that it's not the fault of the authorities if you visit their country, then behave reckless. Jay walked away volunteeringly, with two strangers, after being advised by Lucy, not to go. We all have to be aware of our surroundings, and Jay was definitely reckless. I hope he is found safe. This is a tragedy, no doubt, and no matter who did what, there's a human being missing and a loving mother with a broken heart and frantic with fear.
I haven't seen anyone saying she is like Karen Mathews they say they get Karen vibes from her which is not the same thing and it doesnt automatically make them trolls for saying how they felt when seeing her on the news even if it's best not say it at this time and be more considerate and empathic

Sorry but the mother needs to be transparent about the 30+ grand she so desperately needs sharing. If she was more transparent and honest for what the money is needed for - maybe she wouldn't be getting all this flak. She never even wanted a GFM when people first offered it a week ago today - now she wants end upon end of money yet won't say what it's for. She said no one has had any of the money, yet she's still pedalling the line that it's for accommodation/food - when it's common knowledge that they're getting both on the house. I truly hope he's found - truly I do. She can't expect to just keep asking for handouts, when she's not willing to say what it's giving to be used for.
what will Lancashire police do in Tenerife, unless they have info on his activities given that they have previous experience of him (which the media seem to overlook) ?
The amount of people saying Karen Mathews... I was also thinking the same.... If it is not an intentional disapearance, then he is involved in drugs and gangs and the drug mule theory is defo a possibility. He may have not delivered on his promise and owes those above to cover the costs. His family look like right ones.... Both mum and dad dont look upset and the brother is just along for holiday. When people are comparing her to karen matthews.....i dont think they mean it in the sense that she has set up a kidnapping story I think they are comparing the two in their interviews.......doesnt seem too upset etc?

You are looking for a person who had passed away. It’s a fact he’s either been murdered for drug gang related activity, or he’s passed away from heat and dehydration combined with Spain’s wildlife.
There are a few Trolls out there that love to call attention to themselves. They take pleasure in seeing others comment about their theories and accusations. It's a game to them. I say, stop entertaining these Trolls, and BLOCK them. They only want to stir trouble and skepticism. They are the lowest form of society.

That money should stay there either to repatriate his body if the worse happens or to pay the Spanish resources who have spent two weeks .looking for him.l do hope this turns out to be genuine .

😂 oh ffs 🤦♀️ are you kidding me?. Don't you have Google? Or watch the news?. Numerous amounts of people go missing every day. Np coverage and certainly no gfm!. Grow up!. Everyone wants to see every transaction of every penny spent of that money and rightly so!!!!!
We need to accept that this sort of speculation is now a part of every investigation. It's impossible not to be curious and we now have a way of expressing our opinions on social media so I think we all have to learn that, unhelpful though it is, we have to live with it. And that goes for all the emergency services too. They could help by being less secretive about what they are doing, when it's not counter-productive to their investigations. But there's another level or two here. Feelings are running high because of Jay's past. it doesn't mean he deserves to die, any more than his victim deserved to be attacked. His disappearance is a separate issue unless he's been done away with in a revenge act, but also don't go begging for funding on social media if you don't want to be extra trolled and insulted. It's looking highly unlikely that Jay is alive. But of course his family is hoping to the bitter end that he'll be found alive. Common sense says otherwise.
Saying we know a lot about his last known movements before he disappeared is hilarious because none of it is adding up. Believing this Lucy's story is comical. She is spinning a web of lies, how can you be so certain it's the truth when nothing she is saying is consistent? Absolutely nothing about this case seems truthful so far 🤔

Absolutely
spot on🎯
@@goodbyebluesky43so you expect us to believe faulding , a man who admitted to lying about it??

I'm no armchair sleuth. What I can say as far as I can see the Spanish Police and all others involved have worked tirelessly in the ground search in difficult terrain. I'm sure they are searching for a body.
Nobody got an interview with the kid he attacked with a machete? 😮I mean, if Jay had been in prison where he should have been, he would be alive, instead of dead in a ditch somewhere at the hands of a drug ring hes ripped off,,,, 💉 💊 💍

Change the record this was several years ago. he was 16 at the time, 8 youth, 3 main ones who got the bigger sentences. the others were taunting them to do it, which is WRONG without doubt, but 14, 15, 16 year olds got the lighter sentences. the main 3 got more but what i do find strange is the judge didnt jail any of them. we all make mistakes when we are wrong he did his sentence left school and went straight to work.

@elaineobrien6554 Won't happen.
Send it to his family they have the go fund me money it was not donated for them all to go out there
The media chose to ignore that he's a bad egg because sympathy will die down, hence they won't get so much views/clicks.
Maybe get Jay's parents to do a press conference, you know if they are lying or know more by their body language
They didn’t know about his debt he said goodbye to his Mum before disappearing, I doubt he had much choice if he owed a drug mafia 30K
Anyone who knows what the GoFund money is for? As the media don't mention it at all, maybe someone would like to "troll" about it?
It’s for drug debt

The sleuths are the ones that actually come together and cone up with the likely unlike the news who don't tell the whole story.
The Lancashire police and Mr Rothwell can go deep ( 2 foot ) into this case .

She never even wanted a GFM when people first offered it a week ago today - now she wants end upon end of money yet won't say what it's for.
She said no one has had any of the money, yet she's still pedalling the line that it's for accommodation/food - when it's common knowledge that they're getting both on the house.
