Basis pure acting talent and ability to carry a character on screen, Alec Baldwin kicks ass... 30 Rock is just a gem of a show... It's just terrible to see it end... One of the best TV shows ever made...
granted i cant unhear the thomas characters speaking whenever i hear his voice. i just grew up with it like that. especially his james impression that was quote on quote, "gay' sounding xD
This year is actually the 75th anniversary of The Railway Series. Ever since Thomas and his Railway Friends first appeared in the original Railway series books.
My girlfriends sister in law's mother lives in the same building as Alec Baldwin and she said he's a dickhead.....but I'm sure Mr. Baldwin has his good side too
Don Iwans Jr perception is key. some people deem them dick heads for not stopping to talk to a stranger and take pics and do autogrpahs. which gets tiring after a few years, or 30+
Not really....it simply shows him to being human, that's all. it was not horrific. he had a moment;that went public, because of his wife wanting to get advantage in the divorce. i don't even want to get on her, because i don't live with these people. let's let people be people.
I have always enjoyed Alec on screen. But now a days I mostly enjoy his narrating. Journey to the edge of the universe is very soothing. His difference that make h stand out is that it's theatrical! Perfect pitches and proper timing etc... I listen to it to relax, without the visual part. But as far as watching him, I prefer the suited exec...
Omg theres a part in the cooler that deserves to be in here. I was cracking myself up when he was going "the pain, the pain, the pain!!!!!!!" Alex Baldwin rocks. He stole the whole movie in the departed too.
My favorite is the French Teacher & Santa Claus! He's a smartAlec but he does have a nice chest & I tend to agree w/him on most subjects~you forgot his best serious role; Ghosts of Mississippi
Baldwin as Jack Ryan: "Next time, Jack, write a goddamn memo." (In the plane flying through turbulences) "Russians dont take a dump, son, without a plan." (Copying Admiral Painter under the shower.)
wow, i loved beetlejuice all these years and i don't think it ever occurred to me that that was alec baldwin was in the movie. i don't mean that as an insult or anything but it just never clicked in my head.
Alief Abdullah Funny trivia: Alec was considered for the role of Bruce Wayne in Tim Burton's 1989 Batman, before Michael Keaton was cast. Which, if he had been cast, would have been another twist of irony, having made him meet his first wife, Kim Basinger, 2 years earlier than he actually did.
Never once mentioned Thomas the Tank Engine. That's where I know Baldwin from. He gave me a lot of childhood memories from that show.
+Randoman35 Me two.
