I live 20 miles from any grocery store. There is a small old HEB in Carthage TX that I go to mostly. It is small and old old. (Yes 2 olds) But I love shopping at HEB and to prevent Walmart from having a chance to shut it down...I shop there every time I am in town. So make sure you shop your HEB to keep it open...or 15 miles to Kroger may be your only choice 😔. The casserole looks and sounds delicious. Especially adding ham and bacon to a chicken dish! Of course I screen shot your recipe. I will see if my daughter would like to split a dish with me since I don't have any room in the freezer. Be safe going to A&M and have a Blessed Week.

I watched your video again to write step by step as I made it with you. I'd find myself telling you to slow down you're getting ahead of me as I'd click on pause. I sent you a picture and have now tasted it. It's DELICIOUS and I want to Thank You. You make it look so easy in which case it is once all the ingredients are measured out. You do so much just to post video's so we can make them. Then you have the clean up. We won't talk about that 😆 ❤

I'm trying this recipe tonight but Im gonna actually keep the egg noodles and make it like you did. My littles wont eat it if I fill the large noodles- they get worried about mystery fillings lol. This way they can see all of the ingredients and not ask me over and over "whats in it?" Thanks for a great idea! I love that I already have everything on hand for this. Thats what a well kept pantry does :)

I have pre-2020 bacon in my freezer and I just don't want to use it because replacing it will be so expensive! But I'm going to have to cook some soon since I'm running out of bacon grease! This casserole looks delicious! God bless, dear.

I have never made this dish, but it is in my recipe box. My Mother loved humming birds. Just a few days before she went to be with the Lord, there was this hummingbird that came to the feeder that was by her window next to her bed. This bird came everyday and stayed for a long time. Mother would talk to it and then on the day that she joined Jesus the hummingbird stopped coming to the feeder. We are all so thankful that God chose to send that sweet bird to help our Mom through each day. Have a great week.
