    Hi great video. Im trying to move from Montreal to Toronto. Wondering if you know what the average price is for a 1 bedroom apartmet. Thanks

    • @LifeInCanada

      Apartment would be starting from $1,500 per month. One bedroom condo from $2,000, depending on neighbourhood. You can check the prices on viewit.ca

    Hi. How do i know if the place is an apartment building or condo building just passing through. Is there any sign or someone (an office) there to ask for? Thanks

    • @LifeInCanada
      @LifeInCanada  5 років тому

      On apartment buildings usually you can see the sign - for rent, apartments or something like this. They look very simple and old. Condos have a landscaping around, very well maintained, usually newer

    Which neighborhood is this? Do we have to check for crime rate map when renting a house? One more question: is it hard for a family to rent a condo?

    • @LifeInCanada
      @LifeInCanada  5 років тому

      It is in Richmond Hill, Ontario. 30 minutes from Downtown Toronto.

    what about the people who live in condo and apatments? are they different? i mean their social level. and does it have influence on the security inside of the buildings? where you could sleep well and not to hear the voices of your neighbors speaking out load?

    • @LifeInCanada
      @LifeInCanada  5 років тому +1

      Well it mostly depends on the neighbourhood but in general in condo you would expect people with higher social level versus apartments. Also a lot of actual owners of a condos live in those condominium buildings not only tenants.
