Oh man, TV is my jam! I don't really talk about it a lot, but TV shows got me into collecting. Back when Netflix was only discs, I bought many entire series on DVD so I could cut that cord! ✂ I've never had cable or satellite service, since moving out of my mom's house, and I love it. Binge-watching a decade before Netflix and chill! Over the years, I "lost" so many movies and TV shows the same way you "lost" Nip Tuck. Still confuses me to this day, I never know what I have still and what I "lost" and need to re-buy. So aggravating. I loved Firefly, Ash vs Evil Dead, Wilfred, Peewee's Playhouse... I watched a bunch of Seinfeld when I was on maternity leave (at like 4 am). TV is so awesome, I wish LS enjoyed it more, he only ever wants to watch movies.
TV is my jam as well. Alot of tv shows I "lost" I rebought except nip tuck and nurse Jackie. I had tv still 3 years ago. Then we cut the cord because of all the media we had. I dont buy alot of newer shows as I dont know if there my jam or not. But always on the look out . I like to have one tv show going for days when 30 mins to a hour is all we have time to watch . But if we a longer time then we watch a film. Makes it better for the short days with little time . Louis has to give it a shot . He is missing out.
TV shows are fun, they are like long stories in a way. When you mentioned Pee Wees playhouse, I remember binge watching that when G was a few months old or so. ❤ Thanks for commenting

@@XtineFeaturette scanning the collection is the way to go . It's time consuming at first but once there in. It's more manageable . Ya I dont like to stop a film once I start. I like to get lost in films . So stopping a film ruins the experience. With tv shows . That doesnt happen to often. But back in the day. I have done 12-14 hour binges. Because I couldnt get enough of it .
Got many shows that you guys don't have and bought quite a few of them at big lots, goodwill, and dollar tree that lasted less than two seasons including alphas, dominion, day break, My own worst enemy, etc. You should check those out. And the red green show too!
There’s 11 seasons of x files now. And 2 movies which you need to watch in the correct order. Millennium is also worth watching as well and gets its ‘finale’ as an episode of the x files. The blu rays of x files are absolutely stunning as well and definitely worth upgrading too
Orignal batman series only seen once for sale for around 80 and passed . Like to find it cheaper. since I have seen the full series . Because it's one I would revisit
I think my coolest TV show releases would be The Walking Dead season 2 - Screwdriver Bust Head, Season 3 - Head Aquarium and Season 4 - Zombie "in Tree". I also have the complete "Dexter" collection in a "Wooden Chest".

Happy days and laverne and shirley I saw so many times on tv as a kid . That I would be buying to have and not to watch . So I never bought for that reason. Wasnt a fan of ghost whisperer. Haha. Agents of shield have the first 2 seasons and forgot to show those as well oops 🤦♂️

Big Bang Theory is one of my favorites as well. Have all 12 seasons, but most of them on DVD and will be upgrading those to Blu as I find them since I don't actually care for the packaging on the complete series release. And yes the price for it is ridiculous atm. P.S. Sons of Anarchy is definitely one of the best made. Marie definitely needs to see it!
@@Themartinezjoeshow the discs on the limited edition crazy price one has them sliding in and out of the pages of the giant book-like case. I know Blu has better scratch protection, but still bothers me that it would be like that. So I think I'll stick to individual releases for now.
Comment Part 2: True Detective Season 1 is fantastic, season 2 was OK, still need to watch season 3 and an excited since Mahersila Ali (sp) is the lead. I quit on walking dead after Negan shows up... weeds was such a fun and well done show. Bridget is a big X-Files fan and I've never seen a single episode. That Scooby Doo Mystery Machine set is awesome!!! Pee Wee was a childhood favorite of mine... never saw Dead Like Me either... never watched The Wire either... Stranger Things is soooooo good bro...I got the complete My So Called Life set as well but haven't watched the whole series, only a few episodes here and there... King of Queens is such a funny show and I never watched last couple seasons but I actually have the blu-ray set on its way to me. Never watched a single episode of Lost either, lol
So many good shows! I wish I would've known you needed Season 7 of Tales from the crypt, I sold my whole collection since the wife and I had doubles of a lot of our stuff when we moved in....lol
All tv shows I have I bought used . Only a few i bought new during sales or black friday. My max i pay per season new is 10 dollars . Most tv shows I have bought under 5 dollars . And every complete series sets i have got under 20. Be patience and hunt at pawn shops ,flea markets and thrift stores and look for deals online .

I have a bunch of these as well and find them usually at goodwills, thrift stores, yard sales, etc. Or I wait until black friday or amazon has them on sale. There are a select few I will buy new, but those are my absolute favorites.

I like most of these. Preacher is a crazy ride. Why no CSI? I love King of Queens and Entourage. I love Hawaii 5 0. It is such a good show. I loved Dexter and Sons of Anarchy, but the last season was hard to watch. I love a lot of the old sitcoms and Big Bang is one of my all time faves. Oz was amazing, but it is so expensive. I also really like Queer as Folk (the American version). Great video, I think I will do my TV collection too.
Some tv shows recommendations: The Honeymooners the classic 39 , modern family , 2 broke girls , Brooklyn Nine-Nine, not really a tv show but the complete Three Stooges Collection, my big fat Greek life , saved by the bell the shout factory set , robot chicken
I used to watch the honeymooners at my grandmother's. Classic black and white old show. I enjoyed a few episodes of 2 broke girls when it was on tv. Thanks for the mentions.
Deadwood is a good show especially if you like westerns. I wish they wouldn't have cancelled after 3 seasons and went longer. I didn't enjoy the Deadwood movie that just came out recently though. I guess it was to finish of the series after about 13 years since season 3 ended. But to me they could have made it better but I did really enjoy the show. If you like westerns "Hell on Wheels" is a real good show as well.
Just wanted to know-- did you know that that sixth-season Dexter release had a spoiler for that season in mandatory, unskippable promos at the top of every disc? Was wondering if you knew about it, because many Dexter fans had a bone to pick with Showtime (or Paramount) over it.

Comment Part 1: I hadn't seen the first 5 or 6 shows you talked about but I absolutely love the Big Bang Theory as well!!! Breaking Bad was such a fantastic show!!! Need to check out Bored to Death, as it has an outstanding cast. Boy Meets World is one of my favorite TV shows of all time. Have all the Dexter seasons on blu-ray and still have yet to see a single episode. I was just telling Jacob that I want to revisit Entourage at some point this year... I was never really a fan of Friends personally. Game of Thrones was something that I didn't think I'd be a fan of either and now a year later, I know not only did I love it but you did too!!! Girls was a show that was good but don't need to revisit ever in my opinion. Mad Men is a show that I own all of on blu-ray but have never seen a single episode. I loved watching Nip Tuck back when it was on FX and checked out the full series. Orange is the New Black was a really good show!!! I know Sons of Anarchy is a show that you absolutely love but know it's one of your favorites. I got to watch at some point. Seinfeld is awesome, such a funny show all these years later... never watched Sopranos, haha... never watched Sex and the City, Bridget loves that show. Two and a half men was so funny and I even enjoyed it when Ashton Kutcher was on it.
Joe and Marie, Can i recommend Mike and Molly, Titus and According to Jim the latter is expensive to get but all are funny and family shows. Fun Video guys Have a Fun Day!

Those are all great sets . The wooden dexter blood slide set as well as the s.o.a wooden box set I really want and hope to find one day

Girls was a show that was good but don't need to revisit ever in my opinion. Mad Men is a show that I own all of on blu-ray but have never seen a single episode. I loved watching Nip Tuck back when it was on FX and checked out the full series. Orange is the New Black was a really good show!!! I know Sons of Anarchy is a show that you absolutely love but know it's one of your favorites. I got to watch at some point. Seinfeld is awesome, such a funny show all these years later... never watched Sopranos, haha... never watched Sex and the City, Bridget loves that show. Two and a half men was so funny and I even enjoyed it when Ashton Kutcher was on it.
Bored to Death and Mad Men are both great. Well worth checking them out
