God I love Starline’s voice actor, he really sounded like he won the lottery when he shouted WOO HOO HOO. Couldn’t stop laughing.

@Matthew Barona For Adrenaline he's not, but I see the resemblance. The AD voice actor is Wolfblade93, and I admit his performance sounds fittingly bill-bearing, akin to some of Dee's roles!

Eggman's looking pretty psychotic too ve it with simple things like his "Boop" which plays to his more whimsical side while being insane as hell, or his anger at Starline which shows his main weakness: his single minded pursuit of showing up Sonic for good. Its not enough for him to just outsmart or outskills Sonic, he wants to make him feel completely and unquestionably defeated to the point where he foregoes backup plans in what would usually be a very obvious trap to get stuck in.

Nice job to everyone, and congrats Michael on another excellent display as Starline.
Starline almost succeeded in eliminating Sonic and Silver with simple misdirection and explosives. If Silver hadn't been there or if someone else (not including Shadow) was with Sonic, then Starline would have done in one day what Eggman had been failing to do for years.
He came closer to destroying Sonic than Eggman ever did.
Good job, Starline.
SA2, had it not been for the fake Emerald Eggman also would've killed Sonic.

Eggman’s not dumb or incompetent, he’s just unsuccessful.
Sonic games may have gone downhill but their music and comic writing is unmatched. We're lucky the fandom has such talented voice-actors as well to really bring these things to life
Starling might be one of my new favorite characters, he's super unique!
I just realised that the truly scary thing about Starline growing independent of Eggman in Bad Guys is that he's no longer bound by Eggman's rules of battle courtesy - he can fight as dirty as he likes without Eggman to worry about
WolfBlade93 has been one of my favorite voice actors even since I entered the Sonic Franchise many years ago. His voice acting never disappoints me.
I legit expected that Eggman "That's not the point" speech to be more slow and terrifying (something a-la "Dreams were meant to be broken" from SatAM) but Josh Gilholm made him sound SUPER unhinged instead, which makes sense considering where Starline's character is going now... Fantastic job as usual!

Why doesn’t eggman let metal talk normally
I think he let his pride get the best of him as Neo, trying to prove he was the only Sonic. The annual story about him touching the metal virus shows he may not grasp he is a machine entirely. He seems slightly more menacing as a silent antagonist.

As always these dubs are absolutely incredible! However, I will say one thing I don't like is the direction of Eggman's voice. NOT THE VOICE ITSELF! I think the voice actor is really great for the role. I'm more referring to how, kind of...goofy it can sound sometimes. Especially with the scene where he berates Starline. I don't really get a "Oh crap Starline is in some deep mess! Eggman's gonna kill him!". I get more of a "Starline took the last sandwich from Eggman's pantry and the old Egghead is just really annoyed about it."
Basically all I'm saying is it would be cool if Eggman sounded more menacing. But really, even if nothing changed, I would still give these dubs a 10/10. Great work guys!
Eggman's lines for this issue were recorded in early 2019 - his lines in future issues are delivered much better since he's improved a lot since then, so no worries

This might be a stretch, but at 5:06, when Starline gives Silver the "access code", it's 2-6-6-2, right? Well, I have a tendency to hide words by using the relevant numbers for each letter on a mobile phone keypad (2=ABC, 3=DEF, etc). For example, my YT username ends with 7669 (PONY), and my Xbox gamertag ends with 7342 (SEGA). I haven't examined every possible letter combo for 2662, but the only word I've been able to make fit so far is BOMB, which is what the code is actually for. Again, it might be a bit of a stretch, since I don't know if Ian Flynn would hide a message like that, but if it was intentional, I tip my hat to you, sir!

When it comes to battle strategy and overall planning Dr Starline seems to be smarter than Eggman in that regard. Eggman is so focused on trying to prove that he is better with brute force means, he can't seem to grasp the idea that that is why Sonic keeps beating him.
