I love how Sonic's confidence manifests. He isn't cocky or arrogant, he has the calm confidence of someone who knows full well they're as good as they say they are and everyone knows it. He doesn't have to prove anything to anyone, he's saved the world a dozen times over now. He's Sonic The Hedgehog, free as the wind. And as long as he's around, the world won't be in peril for long.
Yeah it was really stupid and out of character for Shadow especially when he said he knows not to get touched by the infected but goes right into recklessly attacking the horde in close quarters. He literally spin dashes into them and grapples them, it just seems that the comic writers just wanted some way to get Shadow infected for the sake of higher stakes.
To be fair, Shadow is known as the Ultimate Lifeform. Gerald created him to never be ill and sick to cure Maria, so since Shadow isn’t supposed to be ill and sick, he thought everything will be fine.
12:49 This is honestly one of the coolest moments from Vector. Him leading a charged attack is perfect considering he already is a lead in his team! I really love Vector here, I love everyone here tbh but here he’s especially cool!
I know right? Ian Flynn had mentioned how he personally thought Vector should've led the resistance in Sonic Forces, so the comic took moments in the arc to show his leadership skill.
I really love how Vector was the one to step up and lead. It shows he’s a born leader, he’s been leading the Chaotix for years now after all, he knows how to keep a cool head and give orders.
And with that, the Metal Virus saga comes to a close. What an incredible arc. Congratulations to everyone in the dubbing team for breathing even more life into these stories! Cannot wait to see yall begin the next arc!

Starline voice has the perfect amount creepiness in his voice. Vanila voice is very nice (not in a weird way) And the music is very nice and I love how eggman litteraly pulls out a Glock and starts shooting at a tails and rouge
I just got finished binging the Metal Virus dub and I have to say… this was really well done. Everything from the VAs to the music score and sound design was on point. Everyone who worked on these did a phenomenal job at bringing these comics to life and elevating their storytelling.
Watched this series from the very beginning till the end of this arc and even more hyped to see the conclusion. Hearing all these remixes brought back so many memories. What a perfect Christmas present. Looking forward to the next project.

The IDW dubs are why I subbed to this channel. While the dubbing is great in both this and Archie, there's something about the characters and writing that's leagues above it in my opinion. I'm glad that we got this bookend to the Metal Virus saga, and sincerely hope that the series carries on with the next arc.
