- This TAS is actually quite old (September 2015), for some reason I never made a proper video for it, I guess I wasn't a fan of audio syncing since the version of Dolphin used for this TAS did not have proper audio/video sync and I don't know how to recompile Dolphin.

I just replayed this game after finding my old ps2 slim and I sucked so bad, then I came here to see somebody good play the game. Thank you for the memories 😭😭

Was expecting Speedrun, but TAS is fine for me
Technically TAS is a speedrun. It means " tool assisted speedrun" the difference is in a TAS you're allowed to use devices that can slow the frame rate of the game, pre-program the game commands to always have optimal movement and a lot more. TAS runs are usually faster than normal speedruns due the fact that you can use tools/devices to give your more support in a run

Shit, if you would have uploaded this back in 2015 you would have beaten me to the first Def Jam TAS!
I did upload it I just kept it unlisted it because of 30fps and heavy audio desync. (I never really liked 4.0 like that.)
I also plan to redo this so it gets to Vault.

@@crack4184 I didn't play FFNY that much as a child, I guess it's just because of childhood memories that I'm not fond of the game, maybe if I tried it again I could go in with a fresh mindset

No, but I tried to submit this TAS back in 2015 but it was rejected because people didn't find it entertaining.

The TAS was made for entertainment in mind, since entertaining runs cannot be vaulted, this cannot be vaulted.

Best balance in my opinion, couldn't get opponent health down and gain momentum with the other characters as quickly as Briggs.
