I am going through very critical situations..I am reading this book now I am finding the way to remove myself from depression and anxiety...this book is great....
I read this book in English many years ago at that time I was not able to understand it fully and not able to practice it in my daily life.today it appears to me suddenly on my UA-cam page I listen the chapter one it makes me feel so good and understand it fully.
