I am going through very critical situations..I am reading this book now I am finding the way to remove myself from depression and anxiety...this book is great....
I read this book in English many years ago at that time I was not able to understand it fully and not able to practice it in my daily life.today it appears to me suddenly on my UA-cam page I listen the chapter one it makes me feel so good and understand it fully. Now I will practice it fully in my daily life. Eckort tolle is my most favorite person all the time. Thank you sooo much sir for translating it in urdu.I also subscribe your channel too :)
