But it is difficult (near to impossible) for a person like me. Upto the capacity of 1600 VA, I would recommend to change the inverter and purchase MPPT solar inverter like Gamma Plus rather than using charge controller considering the price, output and possibility of battery damage for any mistake in pre-set. However, innovative idea to handle this particular problem. Will be more beneficial for inverter of greater capacity with the help of some technical person. Keep it up dada.

Secondly you suggest me gamma plus inverter but it did not suit mean because when my budget is allowme i want to upgrade my system two to four batteries so why its my best purchase.
@@sandhuztech4465 Though not recommended by the company you can use 4 battery in gamma plus 24v system. It is coming with 40 Amp Charge control for both 12v and 24v system. That's means you can charge 400 AH BATTERY BANK (considering 10%) for both 12v and 24v system. I am using 2 nos of 200 ah batteries in 12v system with no problem. Only problem is that capacity of system will be limited to 800 watt. You can opt for other models or other brands' inverter also. While considering package you may opt for 3.75 kva luminous off-grid system also. But you should forget the rate of applicable GST while purchase all the products at a time (5%) or seperately (5%, 18% and 28% for PV, INVERTER AND BATTERY RESPECTIVELY).

My future system is dependent upon theory more capacity and save money.
I curze 4500 {4000va}36v + one solar battery {two battery already exist} = 17000+11000= 28000rs. aprox
But as your choice
44000 inverter 3.75va nxt + 2 batteries 22000 = 66000 🤔🤔😟😟😟
So difference is 66000-28000 = 38000 😁
@@sandhuztech4465 please read my earlier response carefully specifically the GST portion. As you have already purchased solar panels it will not be beneficial for you to opt for package system. But who is going to purchase new system he should opt for the package. You can easily compare with the individual price of each item.(3.5 kv panel + 3.75 kv mppt Inverter + 4 solar battery)

Sir hamne hall hi me neon 80 lagya hai jo 48v battery per 335×6 panel lage hai jise hamne 3×panels ki series ki hai or controller maximum 23 appeare se battery charge karta hai or voc 125 hai kya ye sahi kam kar rha hai
335 ke 6 panel lagge hai 48v system pe to jab puri dhup nikali ho or panel bhi bilkul saff ho or 12pm ka time ho to en sab condition ke sath approx 40 amp tak output nikalni chahiye neon 80 se tab je sahi work kar raha hai

jo device aapne bnaya wo sinewave invrtr pe kaam nhi krega, apka inverter square wave hain so kam kr rha hain.. lkin ajkl almost sare inverter pure sine wave hain aur hona bhi chahiyein kyunki square wave se appliances kharab hojta hain...

It's better to have utl gamma plus than doing such stuffs in same price range ,as utl gamma plus support voc upto 49v with no problem

@@sandhuztech4465 i have used Ashapower earlier there is so many problems like it shift to solar at night if battery voltage is high, so it beeps in 5-6min interval at night continuously
It's a only good charge controller but can't be a good solar power conditioning unit
@@jayanarayan i agree with in strating I also faced these type od problem when
1.you did not disable the grid charging
2. And set solar to grid and grid ro solar values set near of each other.
When you set settings properly its best work as you wish
If you used both gamma plus and Ashapower I thik freedom of customer in Ashapower. In settings and efficiency point of view
@@sandhuztech4465 my grid to solar was 13.6 and solar to grid was 12.1
And at night actually when 1st bulk charging stared battery voltage increased more than 13.6 in few minutes so it transfer load to solar at night
Tell me had i done any wrong any setting battery voltage?

I agree but we solved this problem through grid charging disable method
Secondly if you going on without disable option then you increase your value gird to solar 13.6 to 14 v or check your inveter value high cut of charging and your grid to solar value should be greater then

Since charger controller is not charging the battery with grid
It is the problem of inverter which you are using
If you are connecting the solar panels using charge controller you have to use an inverter with provision to cut off the grid charging
Why we purchase charge controller and not solar inverter ?
Because contact with old inverter for money saving.
Is know any simple inverter with the option of Grid Charging disable?
So please share us
Its the problem of mppt charge controller because its need for only solar system not for simple inverter.
Therefore it should be option in charge controller.
