You did the right thing not letting the guy use your table so many scabs looking for a free ride in the hobby can’t believe he didn’t want to pay you anything either to use it after you told him it cost you $500 seriously
I think he's new to the show scene / hobby and wasn't hip to the lay of the land. but even still, it was a crazy request that he brought up like it was the most reasonable / logical thing for me to say yes to.
Haven’t watched video yet but damn $500 for a table!?!? Shit must be banging out there. Lansing where I’m at is $50 I think and seems like busy show but what do I know. Never set up a table just got back into it last year after long time not collecting. Anyway good videos.
Thank you for sharing that story of the guy trying to use your table that you paid for. Those are the types of things we do not see. Much respect for not responding rudely, although, he did deserve it. You are much nicer than I would have been.
thanks - hoping it helps other people. to this day I still think he believes I was the one who was being rude and illogical. but hoping he and other people realize that people spend a lot of money and plan months, if not over a year in advance to set up for these shows. it’s not a first come first service flea market free for all

Love the videos and the same day turnaround! 🔥 First video you talking about selling cuz people were buying. Why the change in strategy?
thanks fam. I was offered a few good deals I couldn't pass up on, both for value purposes and for the purpose of breaking ice with new sellers. and it's starting to feel like every other show where, late Saturday and Sunday people will be looking to offload whatever inventory wasn't picked through in the first 2 days.

Is $500 a table alot compared to other shows?
smaller shows are usually 100-200 in my experience - but the burbank card show is worth the price

I’m trying to understand what your strategy is. Why don’t you have your cards laid out in your cases?
I sell primarily on online so I come to the shows strictly to buy or maybe sell some higher end inventory i’ve been sitting on
