In Episode 2 of The Dispatch, we head to North Park Hill, one of the city's oldest neighborhoods, to explore the newest wine bar in Denver.
On Fairfax Street, across the way from decades-old shops and businesses, sits a new wine bar that just may change the way you drink wine. It certainly did for me.
Trellis has vaulted to the top of my list for best Denver wine bars, and one of my favorite bars/restaurants in Park Hill.
