This is from the show "Sisters who made waves" where many female artist over 30 years old from the VNese showbiz joined and competing each other in groups or individually.

+ Diem Xua is a very old song which draw a breautiful picture of the old city Hue and the love and memory of the composer to the girl named Diem
+ Dai Minh Tinh is a song that pays tribute to and honors artist who put aside difficulties in their life to sacrifice for art.
- Artists intro:
1. The 1st 3 girls are famous singers.
+ 1st singer: My Linh. She is 1 of the best-selling VNese music artist of all time and won many big awards in VN. She is also a vocal coach and lyricist and the queen of VNese R&B.
+ 2nd singer: Thu Phuong. Like you said she has a graspy voice and she used to be a lead vocal in the rock band in 1980s. She is a huge influencer in 1990s & 2000s and 1 of her albums initiates techno and rap music trend in VN too.
+ 3rd singer: Uyen Linh. She is a pop singer who won the 3rd season of VN idol in 2010. She has amazing voice even though she studied at the National Foreign Institute.
2. The 4 girls are famous artists in other areas
+ 4th girl: Trang Phap. She is all-rounder artist as she can sing, produce, compose, acting and perform very well, a very talented girl. She was born in France and can also speak 4 languages (French, Spanish, English & VNese)
+ 5th girl: Huyen Baby. She used to be in girl group 10 years ago and now is a business woman. The amazing thing of this girl is that she didnt work in the showbiz for 10 years but still sing, dance and perform very well on stage. She is so beautiful and always try so hard to keep up with other contestants too :))
+ 6th girl: Lan Ngoc. She is a very well-known actress in VN. She won some pretigious awards for the best Leading actress & also won Dancing with stars too.
+ 7th girl: Lynk Lee. She is a transgender singer & songwriter. Before this, she is known for his distinctive voice, wide range of genres. She was behind many successful singles and albums and received numerous awards for Best Southeast Asia Act in MTV Asia Awards and Best Male Artist at Golden Wave Music Awards.

this is a contest called "Sisters who makes waves," consisting of 30 solo female artists/celebreties who are over 30 years old. Some of them are singers (big names and small), some are actors and models. Some are active in the entertainment industry, while some haven't performed in a while (for example Huyen Baby, white dress, who you said is so pretty, was on a 10 years hiatus to focus on her business and family). Each round they're divided into teams, and the teams are assigned songs to work on and perform in front of 357 female audience, who will then vote for the team AND 3 artists they like. The member of the losing team(s) who has the lowest individual votes will be eliminated. The Mash up song you reacted to is part of the semifinal. The final will be aired in 2 weeks, where there will be 1 winning artist and 7 finalists (including the winning individual who will be the leader) who have the highest vote will form a group to perform later on when the show's over.
I'm rooting for the Pink haired girl - Trang Pháp. Since she's an all arounder, great singer, dancer, producer, lyricist, and overall has the cutest personality.

The song Đại Minh Tinh is about the life of stars who are very bright in from of public but suffering in their heart. That explains the last past of their performance, when they show 2 emotions of each artists.

Your facial reactions to the song are so enjoyable to watch. I wish you understand the lyrics, you would definitely appreciate the performance even more. The main concept of the performance is about a doubled life of a super star, whose public life as an admirable famous super star appears so wonderful with fame, but the real life is so sad and lonely, cannot find the true love and happiness. Thus, just by the appearance, as wearing a mask, one could not tell the super star truly smiling or crying. The song ends with the lyrical meaning: as if, the super star sadly whispering: everyone needs someone in life, even the pebbles need each other.
