The story is insane, from the way the flashbacks and music, aswell as ambience and conversations had, all gives you this perspective of how each person lives their own reality. Though a thought I had was that this story is based on something that actually happened to Spawnzer, as the avatar he has he shares with Thomas, I hope that's not the case. The story is great, the regret he feels, how he acts when he's under his "meds", it's all eerie and genuenly made me shiver and ponder about the game for a while, great job on making the game! The story had me on the edge of my seat the entire time.
I've completed the game to it's entirety, and I can't help but keep re-playing it on repeat, something just hits differently each time I finish it, like a different point of view, or details I miss on some playthroughs, like how when we play as Zekery, his photo with his friends is smashed, or how his flower friend isn't present in any of the dark scenarios, maybe being just him imagining things to keep himself happy.
A interesting thing: I actually think the missing posters were just a bad omen to show what he was capable of he continued taking those "meds", and with the random guy running out of fuel and finding Thomas sitting infront of that grave with flameguy's family portrait, I think this is all just to show what Thomas's insanity could go to, the extents and limits of his mental state(because no where in HELL could murdering flameguy's entire family and flameguy himself included could actually fit into the game's events). I think the timeline went like: CRAZY/FAKE WORLD STATE: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, "SPAWN", "CAVE", "HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY", "I LOVE MEDS!!!" and REAL WORLD STATE: "The real world", "hallucination", "stop" and "We forgive you". Hallucination is a tricky one, it gives the player the information that Thomas is navigating his way in life, trying to stay away from the drugs as Mr. glowing man said "The meds Thomas, you stopped taking them", but I don't really have a definite place for it in the story, although this is assuming Thomas didnt actually become a mass murderer nor did he actually overdose in "The real world" and die.)

I also belive that the way we get to "HAPPY HAPPY" is due to being in a dark and isolated cave, perhaps meaning that Thomas felt lost or alone, with only the thought of taking meds eventually peerpreasuring him into overdosing. I think Thomas might've not died out of overdoing, but rather, choosing to end it all, if we asume that what that random guy on the road sees is true, then it could be likely he lashed out, and perhaps murdered his friend, leaving him with such guilt that he'd have no way of exiting it, I think this is why we see so many references to "God" or "Heaven", I also think that it's why we go to "We forgive you", *we* as in Flameguy and his son, I do belive that Thomas did do something to Flameguy, as it wouldn't be a *we* if only Jr was involved. I think the "ending it all" narrative also fits with him talking to a being who tries to stir him in the right direction when he's feeling lost. The cave is also surely symbolism, maybe some situation or even, as it made sense to me, something unexplored, or even dangerous such as the "meds", where he keeps diving deeper until overdosing, leaving us with "HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY".
