- hi guys!! this is the first time we could visit the house after we found out it was going to be ours - just to check things out, take measurements, etc!

Dear girls, all the best and more! Though the house shows that it needs some serious fixing.
Roof by itself, water, electricity and pipes as someone noticed prior myself. Also, all wooden surfaces need removing the upper layer by extensive and meticulous scrubbing and polishing, apart from wall and exterior painting to reflect more of your own decorative signature. Then, you will feel it as totally yours. Trust me on that.

It looks really nice and big. The open wood beams are lovely. (Mine are painted white) I love the wood flooring. I am so excited for you. It seems like work to have to paint etc. But once you get it to how you like it you will fall in love with it. Happy for you 🙂

Excellent. At first it seemed like you were driving to Oakville but the house seems more like houses I've seen in Roncesvalles or Bloor West Village neighbourhood. If you can afford it, consider a skylight, as it will bring a massive amount of light into the center of the house. Congrats girls - first house purchase is a major thing, and hopefully you've bought something you can live in forever.
Congratulations you guys can do so much to that house so many nice original things from being an older home. Good luck and enjoy the house you have so much love to give it.
The excitement then the nerves at the end it is so cute I'm sure you will love it once you settle which will take a bit. Then you wil relax and you end up pinching yourself in more ways then one especially when it will feels like your always coming home to your home and each other ❤❤🌈🌈

It's actually normal if it snows wet in mid April-May because that means it helps the snow melt faster, happens in Greenland too, my mom and I video chat almost everyday and she always mention the weather in Greenland lol (I live in Denmark, that's why) It's been snowing wet there too and the snow melting fast so that's good, it's just the sign of spring.

What a gorgeous home! Love the real wood floors. 💕. And the leaded glass in the doors and window. And a full basement! And real, full grown trees! You guys did good. 👍. Yes, any home will always have upkeep, but this one has already proven herself to have withstood the test of time. What year was it built? When do we get to see the back yard? 😎
It looks a little like the house used to film “If These Walls Could Talk” that showed three generations of lesbians that lived in an older home. Apartments are nice, but I think it will be like moving from a time of watching black and white TV to full, 72 inch, high def , super colorful TV with the new house. Everything will feel more alive. 🥰 Have a great time with it all! 💕👏🏼👏🏼👍🎉💐🌞
