    Ingredients for stuffing :-
    Asafoetida - - 2 pinch
    Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
    Onion - 2 (chopped)
    Green chili - 2 (chopped)
    Garlic cloves - 3 to 4
    Ginger - 1 inch
    Fresh peas - 1 cup
    Coriander - powder - 1/2 tsp
    Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1//4 tsp
    Salt - 1/2
    Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
    Coriander leaves
    Ingredients for dough:
    Wheat flour - 2 cup
    Oil - 2 tbsp
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Water as required
    Oil for frying

    How to make Matar Kachori
    Put oil in a frying pan and heat it. Add asafetida and cumin seed. After the cumin seed turns brown, add onion, green chili, garlic cloves, ginger now cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes after that add fresh peas (crushed), coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame. Now add some coriander leaves. The stuffing is ready to fill the kachori.
    Firstly take wheat flour add oil,salt and some water prepare the smooth dough of it, Once dough is ready take small portion of dough and give it shape like small bowl and fill with stuffing. the kachori is ready to fry same way prepare all kachoris. Put oil in the frying pan and heat it, after that put 3 to 4 prepared kachori in the frying pan and fry them till they turn light brown. Now take them out in a plate. Now same way fry all the kachori.
