Hamsterley Forest (OddSox)

Another Hamsterley Forest trail, this time we ride OddSox. Not the longest Hamsterley forest has to offer, OddSox snakes its way across the hill side on the site of the old classic (Starwars) which was destroyed when the area was felled by the forestry commission. OddSox was built by the local group The Hamsterley Trail Blazer's as the replacement trail.
Two Trails in one, OddSox starts off as a single trail that then splits halfway through into separate red and blue graded sections. Both are fun and both are worth riding, although the red section tends to receive the majority of the traffic.

Star wars use to be across the fire road when you come out of the wall decent and turn right through the trees not oddsox side (other)

Sorry Stewart mate, but Oddsox is on the site of the old Starwars trail. You exit route 666 at the gate, left onto the fire road then Starwars started pretty much where Oddsox enters...
