Robert my wife myself and a group from a parish in Birmingham have just got back from a week in Lourdes an amazing place of prayer. After what you said about Our Blessed Mother being attacked for Her Virginity. Her Immaculate Conception was constantly spoken of and the Rosary constantly prayed this was a special week for the French where there were over 17,000 souls pus many others we prayed for the conversion of sinners, peace and healing which is desperately needed in our world today. The world is on a tipping point and heaven for over a hundred and fifty years and even longer has been preparing us for this Dogma when it shall be declared God knows but I’m convinced this will take place. This is evident in Lourdes with the constant prayer and this prayer is storming heaven throughout the world. Our Lady of Lourdes and St Bernadette pray for us.
Robert! I followed you months ago on my journey back to Catholicism. My son is getting baptized this weekend, my husband and I will be confirmed Easter Vigil 2025. I’ve been drawn to the rosary since before my conversion… it TRULY has made my life better. I did not know many prayers, but I studied the rosary in English and Latin. Mary interceded for me and slowly but surely… all of my prayers have been answered… in less than a year! I am so excited to live the rest of my life with Jesus and the intercession of his mother. I no longer fear death. Mother Mary took my prayers, packaged them up, tied them with a bow, and sent them to her son 🙏 Praise be to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ ❤
Robert, this is a fantastic video! Your explanation on the 5th dogma nearly brought me to tears: it was that beautiful and profound. Salve Regina! Ora pro nobis, Sancta Dei Genitrix.
Praying the rosary is a wonderful meditation that transports you to the time of Jesus' life, so that you can more easily feel and understand how great and important His redemptive sacrifice is for us. Mary, mother of God incarnate, pray for us.
Thank you Robert. I think the Rosary is a powerful pray especially in times like this in the church and the world . Our Blessed Lady has lead me deeper into my faith and the Holy Spirit. I'm looking forward to Saint Bernadette's relics coming to St Eugen's Cathedral on the 13th Oct. God bless.
A talk inspired by the Holy Spirit Unfortunately our present Pope and some Cardinals continually compromise the faith I'm glad you made it to Garabandal Robert on your adventures in northern Spain I love the Garabandal poster behind you
David picked up 5 stones to slay Goliath. Let's get this last dogma proclaimed so that Our Lady's Immaculate Heart can triumph. We only need one more stone!
Robert, Great to see you talking about the Rosary. Our Lady looks after her clients, particularly at death. I have looked up the Marian Dogmas in Fr. Ludwig Ott's 'Fundamentals of Catholic Dogma '. There are four Marian Dogmas: 1. Mary's Divine Motherhood 2. Her Immaculate Conception: promulgated by Pius IX in 'Ineffabilis Deus' in 1854. 3. Her Perpetual Virginity. This Dogma was taught by Pope Martin I in 649. St. Augustine says: "Virgo concepit, Virgo peperit, Virgo permansit"(A Virgin Conceived, a Virgin bore, a Virgin remained). 4. Her Glorious Assumption, Body and Soul into Heaven when the course of her earthly life ended. Promulgated in 'Munificentissimus Deus ' by Pius XII in 1950. As of today, there is no fifth Marian Dogma. Of Course, a future Pope may Promulgate one.
The important point is that the JP II 'rosary' is a SUGGESTION which you pount out. It is a way to meditate over the public life of Jesus. It is not the traditional Rosary as it was given to St. Dominique.
It is my understanding that the rosary has undergone a few changes since the time of St. Dominique. For example, the last part of the Hail Mary (Holy Mary Mother of God pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death) was added years later.
Why restrict the number of Marian dogmas to five when Mariology includes many and various titles in devotions and litanies other than the rosary and many Marian truths associated with her graces and privileges developed by theologians? The standard dogmas of the Immaculate Conception, perpetual virginity, divine maternity, bodily Assumption and her mediation of all grace can infer many other truths concerning her relationship to the Father and Spirit, the gospel content derived from Jesus early life, Mary's role in the church relative to the sacraments and her role in the spiritual life.
There are only 4 Marian Dogmas. Please careful not to overstep your boundaries as you are the Magisterium, decided what is and what is not. I appreciate your zeal but teaching something other than what the Church teaches is dangerous. Until the Church declare it a dogma, that is her role, not yours.
Dogmas don’t get invented, they always existed. The assumption was proclaimed in 1950s but the reality existed since she was assumed. The same with the 5th Dogma, Our lady is Coredemptrix mediatrix, advocate
@@thecatholicman The role of Redemptrix is not as Redeemer. Only Christ is the Redeemer. While it acknowledges her special collaboration with Christ's redemptive work, it does not mean she is equal to Christ but rather a significant participant in His mission. Mary's role as Mediatrix refers to her intercessory role, where she is seen as a mediator who intercedes on behalf of humanity to her Son, Jesus Christ. This title emphasizes her unique position in the divine plan, through her cooperation in the Incarnation and her ongoing intercessory prayers for the faithful. Her role is bringing us to Jesus, Jesus's role has brought us to the Father. The Church does not have a list of doctrines or dogmas. The Fifth Marian Dogma was specifically requested by Mary.
The rosary is older than that.

Polish pope Protestantised the rosary and ensured it would plummet in popularity.
No way.. pope John Paul II had a massive devotion to the Rosary.
It's not true what you say. If that were true, Protestants would pray the Rosary now, but they don't pray it, they hate it and make fun of it.
