Nice Question. The point is correct when we ourselves try to concentrate. But here we leave the work to be done by the divine. Meditation is far beyond concentration. It is about thoughtless awareness. It means neither you have the thoughts of the past nor the future. When you are in present you just witness things as they are without any thoughts. During the process of meditation we need to say to the Lord that please take me through the whole process and take me through meditation with full humility. Thank you
