GREETINGS FROM NOVA SCOTIA AND THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS. I DID THIS oops self realization maybe 11 or 12 years ago and it changed me. i was in the bath tub and when i got out i was tremoring and vibrating. i remember walking to get a drink and hardly being able to make my body move. it was almost impossible to do things. it lasted so long, not sure now but i think at least a couple of days, that i was truly afraid it would last forever! it did not but it gave me a kind of strength, calmness, assuredness ... not a word i guess. i most remember being moved by saying, i am not guilty. i feel it may be important to change our behaviours and world view once realization happens, that we must fully express somehow the new aspects we receive. if we do not, it may cause some trouble in terms of relationship disconnect, health, happiness. realization is only the first step and we have to continue on afterwards with a new image in some way. image for lack of a better word. i sense we are rapidly evolving, as many experts agree, and this evolution may be cyclical and pertains, at least in part, to mental abilities. the rapidly rising ozone levels have been found to increase health and abilities, for some. example, gmo plants die in high ozone where the wild plants thrive and grow larger over generations. is this why the giants are found everywhere? will we stop evolving under constant radiation of various kinds? who knows the answers, but i know that i don't know shit, really. thanks to whoever bothered to read this long winded comment. xo

@@Veronica.John10-10 Hi Veronica..i strongly agree.Tbh I beleive Self realization is a process.and Process has to be slow.Because Self Realizatiin with Wisdom and experience which includes worldly experiences which gives wisdom plus Mysctical experiences from God..If Self Realization happens the way in the video she s teaching..its would be like a child of 6 yrs gets self realization and gets all the conciousness and awateness of a human aged 60yrs then how would that child feel.That Child is not ready for all those experiences clearly.So I dont understand How this video can give someone realization...Its takes alot of self decipline in prayer and meditation to reach there though.For me its been tig of war.Sometimes I go extremely deep in meditation and faith and then after a month I will be like do God exist! I am not seeing anything.So not many times God will show miracles.
