Your designs are always things of beauty. What I really appreciate is that this house feels like a place where a real family can live. I.e., the huge amount of storage in the kitchen, including a pantry, the laundry room tucked away discretely down the stairs, the large closets in the bedrooms and the great bookshelves in the two smaller bedrooms...all of these things take into account the fact that possessions seem to proliferate, especially in families, and it's nice to have space for everything so that everything can be in its place. :-)
Also really love the gorgeous deck - what a great place to hang out!

Hi lovely from the UK. You blow me away every time. I just love all the space . Yet Only 8 metres X8 metres. It dosnt seem possible. Everything is so light. And I showed my daughter the downstairs laundry. And what I like about your videos. You get straight into the house. Not prolonged views of the outside garden. I love the colours. The deigns. You really are one if not only one of the great designers of the 21st century. 😊😊👌💚
Wow a bathtub!!!!! and so much more cabinet space for storage and more kitchen counter top space too! I could see myself actually making bread or dinner with those counter tops! All you need now is some cabinet storage space in the baths to store towels and other toiletries. Very creative design. I will have to revisit it to take it all in! Thank You! barb

The float ceilings are lovely i just want see a design with normal ceilings.Otherwise everything else is mote than perfect. Love the way u utilise every space to its capacity n every need of a home is met. U have a brilliant mind.

Wow, I was impressed that it was 3 bedrooms in such a fairly good sized “tiny home”. I love the laundry being steps down from the rest of the living room and kitchen , yet still close enough. It’s perfect. Personal preference, I would’ve made the the dining room smaller and created a larger kitchen with way more counter space or even an island. A dinette area would’ve been cute. Over all it’s perfect! Could it work with solar panels?

Just to clarify, the 8x8m dimension is for the floor area, correct? Wondering what is the lot area for this please?
It's says it's 8x8 meters that would be 688sf that's not very big. The dimensions would be kinda tight. I would need to know the vertical dimensions too. I just wonder how this would translate in an actual way. Beautiful design nonetheless

hi, can you make like this for 112 sqm total floor area with gate and carpark and terrace inside? I am interested to purchase the design also do you provide construction plan and blueprint along with the design?
Each design you do improves on the last...Love the step-down laundry area, tub in the master bath and those gorgeous windows in the living area! One suggestion: I don't like the TV hung on the window grid/wall. Either make the wall into a more traditional wall, or move the TV. (A TV in the living area is unnecessary, IMO.)
Thanks so much! 😊 Please re-watch the video. The TV is not hung from the wall. It is standing on the TV rack. Also, a television is a staple in the living area of small homes here in the Philippines. Watching TV together is a favorite bonding time of Filipino families. 🥰❤️

Kaya po ba ang 5 br / 3 storeys sa 60 sqm? 2 master br w/ensuite T&B (queen/king bed size) then shared T&B yung 3 rooms (double bed size) plus powder room sa gf.

這間是別墅房子它很漂亮，房子外面有裝監視器這樣很安全，聰明設計師,洗衣機是在地下室很理想很棒👍，洗衣機可以放地下室這樣還要另外挖水溝，主臥室內有浴缸很棒👍，陽台空間很大很棒，這間別墅我非常喜歡它👍💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💐☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕

I suggest changing the design for kitchen cupboards and cabinets including the bedroom’s closet to make it more modern. I would like a bedroom downstairs and put the laundry outdoors.
Putting the laundry area outside, where it's exposed to the elements, is a terrible idea.
