When it comes to teamwork and giving away points to other players at the end of multiplayer levels, I really do think it helps to wait and give more players the points. I believe you get more points for winning a level when the players you go against have more points, so if everyone waits at the end of levels and let’s 2/3 players everytime, the player base would have more points overall, giving you more higher tier players to play against and in turn giving you more points whenever you win. is different.
I am so happy I found this channel! I just love SMM and hope that you keep up playing this game and posting videos on here!
It's no coincidence that basically everyone who is pink s+ does teamwork.
I'm work GPB on this; the way system is built it makes you wanna stop playing at a certain point, because you'll keep losing points if you lose. It's hard to get higher. With Teamwork, you lose fewer points, making the grind easier.
If someone else is close you wait otherwise you don’t wait, I think that’s the best balance.
I'd like you to do teamwork, it makes me feel like there's still faith in humanity hahah
Teamwork makes the DREAM work. Be excellent to each other!
I dont play smm, but I'd be on the competition side. Not only it is pointless to wait for the others: it will make 'em rank up faster without them being better. It is harmful for everyone: for the noobs who rank up too fast and find themselves in impossible competitions against skilled players and for the skilled players who cant have fun because of noobs being in the competition.
Said that, waiting removes the honor of ranking with one's only skill
I would wait by the flag, it's the nice thing to do. So yeah, I'm on "Kind Side" ;)
I like the idea of people waiting to maximize the amount of points for everyone else :3
Damn, last time I was this early ryu was still playing troll levels.
Idk if this makes sense but I really like to see ryu all happy and hyped up over a game vs his kinda layed back mood. It's just a nice change

Working together: Multiplayer Co-op
Competing against each other: Multiplayer Versus
Waiting at the flagpole is the polite thing to do. Others lose fewer points, and you win just as many. If waiting would cause you to maybe die, then it's okay to grab the flagpole early.
Absolutely wait. It is a gentleman's game after all!
Ryu: I have a handsome lead.
Me: *_You're_* a handsome lead.
I need to see desbug with ryukhar in multiplayer versus
When it comes to teamwork, I would say it’s nice to be nice
1st is the best, screw the rest. It is a competition.
If you're not first you're last
Waiting is always 50/50. Sometimes ppl pretend to wait behind you and sneak the steal when you are off guard. It's truly a case by case decision.
"Oh we got a three way!"
Interesting choice of words ryu...
Well considering normally it's three dudes and a girl...
@@skeetsmcgrew3282 that would be a four way
@@LuizTheSnek Yea, but a four way with three dudes and a girl. I guess she's gonna be pretty occupied unless Luigi and Toad swing the other way
@@skeetsmcgrew3282 Lmao, now that is just nasty.
I like that you don't wait at the end, Ryu. You earned the win and you should take it.
Ryu being S+ is lowkey kind of a lowball, he's way higher if there were higher rankings. GM at least.
Oh nice, the sixth level is a recreation of the factory level from Kirby 64! One of the most iconic levels from any Kirby game.
Isn't the point of versus to come out on top, I don't see any reason to do teamwork on versus.
Bc you still come out on top and it doesn't cost you anything
Way to explain how "you would've waited for them" at the end of every single level, but never doing it at all. 🧐
Hey Ryu!!!
