@@jackieo7113 I did CRISC first then CISM finding cism more challenging. And after that cissp, being the hardest one. You should be ok with crisc with that background.
That is one thing where I kind of looked for more insight as well. If you study the material, there is a lot of mention about Board of Directors or Board Function. I was hoping to get some light thrown on that as well because it not very clearly who is referred to as SMT, is it really the C-suite or BODs or both. And, when it comes to the ULTIMATE responsibility, does it lie with C-suite or BODs?!
@@PrashantSharma-ql4yb It is the Board of Directors, they have ultimate responsibility because they have the most invested interest and concern on the health of the business from an organization's point of view. Just imagine a hierarchy. The BOD is higher than the C Suite. The BOD will DIRECT executive management in terms of required policy compliance. Executive management is responsible for security strategy oversight and alignment, and for EXECUTING all security program elements. The Information Security Manager is responsible for IMPLEMENTING a security strategy.
Still relevant in 2024 !
Agreed!
Very useful webinar. Thanks for letting participants use this valuable knowledge in order to acquire the certifications of their choice.
This an awesome video, I have never so easily listened to a webinar. Great delivery and content. Thank you!
I passed CRISC and CISM on 2018 and 2019 and I'd say this video helped A LOT. Technology changes, principles not.
