Prabh, you put policy ahead of strategy instead of the other way. Any reason or reference material to support your opinion? The strategy should come before policies. Thanks for the training video.

Time 10.10 - You put policy before strategy but as per CISM Policies are developed subsequent to and as a part of implementing a strategy. Security policy derived from security strategy. So strategy comes first then policy as policy can be created or updated based on the strategy. Pls clarify if I am missing anything? Thanks...Pankaj Singh

My second after containment of a risk what do you do next to eradicate it?
1) It assess the impact of residual risk to whether avoid, transfer mitigate or accept.
2) use controls to eradicate it
