One Summer Day in Kimberley, BC. Canada.

This is a second piece from our trip to Columbia Valley, BC this summer. We drove to a beautiful town of Kimberley for a day. The day started great with beautiful, sunny skies. Ideal for filming, so we managed to get some shots of the centre of town called Platzl. Then we walked to the Sullivan Mine Interpretive Centre, where we boarded a little train for a 2-hour trip into the mine and to the powerhouse. Back in the town centre, we stopped for lunch. When we left the restaurant after just 45 minutes, there was no sunshine anymore. The skies got covered by smoke from wildlife fires from surrounding areas. Our plans for taking more great shots from the hill on the valley and surrounding mountains came short of our expectations. Still, we decided to share some of those 'smoky' aerials with you. We hope you will enjoy it!

Nice too see the platzl again. Worked with the pawers in 03 when it was totally redone. Made myself a few off the circles. Nice work guis. Nice walking street by the way. Liwed in Kimberley for 6 month. Will newer forget.bg.keld. denmark
