Only after a Pakistan proxy militant group called Hizbul Mujahideen took birth in 1990 they got to see some of the suffering and with the help of govt of India they escaped and lived in shitty camps for a while only to settle in Jammu and live their life normally while kashmiri Muslims still suffer to this day, but we are forced to see only 1990 as if years before and after that don't exist, heck even in 1990 five times more muslim kashmiris died.
