Why didn't you repair the GDI generators and refinery? Or activate the rest of the GDIdefenses when you had plenty of power ?

If you mean starting 5 minutes, repairing generators does not help with power (if I am not mistaken, although it does help if it is in Red Alert 2 power plants), and refinery works the same. Also cash flow is a significant concern in this mission, especially for the first 5 minutes.
Power is limited in the first 5 minutes as there is no building options. Therefore, we will not able to turn on all the defenses we have.
If you mean after the first 5 minutes, then it might just because I missed it.

@@cursem4170 you don't have to turn on all of them... xD that's why there is 100% speedrun in hard mode telling the secret.
