“What the hell was that?!” Was such a great punchline.
I saw that episode for the first time 20 years ago and I still use that line today.
I know right? It's the best reaction for everybody that has a wtf moment in their lives.
He knew what it was because he announced the name of it before showing it, but he obviously only had heard the name before then, and didn't know what he'd be watching til then
Me: ok I do my homework today
*me seeing one question said: do you go out for the a date is was your girlfriend idea not mine*
Me: 10:20
Boy man I love this great punchline.
The reruns joke was pretty solid.
I thought so too
Indeed
poop not so solid though

That heart attack Krusty had on air has to be the creepiest animation in the series
That's the origin of the trollface.
@@MassEffectGER lol it's true
When
They went for the full Ren and Stimpy on that one.
The kids laughing makes it far worse even if they thought it was part of the act
Krusty may very well be my favorite character now as an adult. He's such a blatant sleezbag, but always (eventually) finds a way to bounce back. He's like an adult version of Mr. Krabs.
It's his paper-thin act that always gets me. He really hates his business, but it really is all he knows, so he fakes it until he makes it.
Mr Krabs is an adult too.
Except Krusty wastes all his money instead of barely spending any of it like Mr. Krabs
@@conspiracyspider
True. And Mr. Krabs is a proper successful guy who saves money to make money. Similar insofar as both the characters don't try to hide that they are financially motived, and there's nothing wrong with that.
@@conspiracyspider Krusty is also really into booze
@@alvexok5523yes, and women too
“Krusty burger is the official meat flavoured sandwich of the 1984 Olympics” is such an American phrase.
If it's meat flavored, what's the "beef" in the burger actually?
@@kiartoons2010soya protein perhaps?
@@countOfHennebergno way, I bet most of it was pork
I may never know why but the way he says strawberries here 9:28 always makes me smile. Maybe it’s cause it’s a quiet wholesome moment for a loud and high energy character. But hey maybe I just like it.
That 84 Olympics bit was based on a real McDonald's contest. They lost millions when the USSR and most of the Communist Block boycotted the LA Olympics, and the US dominated the gold metal count.
Yep and that summer became "summer of the heart attack on a bun"
Krusty: KKK? That's not good (laughs nervously)
Lmao
If only he'd kicked over one of the letters.
"It's great to be back at the Apollo Theater..."
@@intellektualPoet No way the zoomer filth are getting that
That's what he said
How could he possibly thought that was a good idea? 😶😅
Baby Bart saying ''Krusty funny'' is adorable.
Always laugh when krusty mentions wallet making at camp krusty and there’s an actual Dickensian sweat shop making wallets.
"I'd never lend my name to an inferior product" that's a great line coming from Bart
"Now it's time for my favorite part of the show... what's that say? Talk to the audience? Aww, this part is always death." 🤣
Sex cauldron? I thought they closed that place down? lmao hahaha
No matter how many times I hear it, I can't help but laugh out loud when I hear the Tijuana joke.
The Krusty heart attack I feel may have been reference to Tommy Cooper who unfortunately died the same way and the audience actually thought it was one of his gags, until they closed the curtain and realised it was a real
The Korean athlete was one of the funniest bits ever
Redd Fox (Sanford & Son, Harlem Nights) too. 😔
I believe comedian Dick Shawn went the same way...he was in the movie The Producers. (Springtime for Hitler)
@@Gumbier_Than he died from a heart attack on that Eddie Murphy produced sitcom in like 1996 right?
@@bombabombom3603 yes.
Jackie Wilson also suffered a heart attack in 1975, while performing on Dick Clark's Good Ol' Rock and Roll Revue. (Ironically, he collapsed while singing the lyric, "My heart is crying" from the song, "Lonely Teardrops".) Initially, the audience thought he was just being dramatic, but Dick suddenly sensed that something was wrong and ordered the band to stop the music. Jackie survived, but suffered from complications and died 9 years later, at the age of 49.
6:30, “the doorman died” “OH NO HE WAS MY AGENT!” 😂
I wonder how Krusty,s voice actor make his laughter
Say what?
Because he's Dan fuckin' Castenella.
Honestly it's not that hard, I can even do the laugh myself adequately.
It’s fucking bonkers that Homer, Krusty and Willy are all voiced by Dan. What range
@@arnoldfreeman2885 Yeah, I know. Krusty's and Homer's voices are so different I couldn't believe that the same guy does both
Krusty taking children to Tijuana. I miss the episodes when he truly cared 😂
The Sex Cauldren line is, for me, the best written comedy line ever.
I paused the video because i couldn’t stop laughing from that
The most promising newcomer of 1959!
"I wish I was dead."
Same lol
Krusty's pork products=Bozo's Hot Dogs, one of the delights of my Chicagoland childhood.
Bart: one camper got ate by a bear
Krusty: OH MY GOD
Bart:actually the bear just ate his hat
Krusty:was it a nice hat?
Bart: oh ya
Krusty:OH MY GOD
Say what you will about Krusty, but there’s something impressive about how he forsakes self preservation for the sake of a bit.
5:43 That scene with the animals is comedy gold. From "That's our secret word for the day" to "I only ate one" - Simpsons at it's best.
7:19 "Let's get Busy."🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
"The Stingy and Battery Show! 🎶🎵 They bite, and light, and biteandlightandbite, bitebitebite..."
**drops scorpion**
Homie the clown is one of my favorite episodes of all time 🤣🤣
Me too
@Thor one day homey will break all the chains then he’ll fly away but until that day homey don’t play!!!
2:42 krusty has a switch blade handy
@Clean Up On Aisle 3 that’s insane
That's why krusty is my favorite clown.
That's one of my favourite Simpsons gags.
All clowns have knives. _All of them._
better safe than sorry man
Love how Krusty has the exact same reaction to a nice hat being lost as he does to kid being eaten by a bear.
I like how you had the song on for a little bit longer at the end
Something about the "ME LIKA DA FLIED LICE" delivery with the sound effect of the flapping dickey is great. The sound design in early Simpsons was simple yet pleasing to the ear, know what I mean? Plus racist as it may be, I love how Krusty just flings that out there. hahahaha
The Crowd Reaction got Me 1:08-1:09
Thank you for keeping the Korean gymnast dismount. Just thank you.
I see no point in cutting the joke off early just because its a different character
The original femur breaker.
what is even the importance of the joke?
@@uncovidvaxxforthestrongand3582 Screamy man funny.
Dan's delivery is so good.
Sex cauldron? I thought they shut that place down.
A tidbit, Krusty was inspired by Bob Bell’s Bozo in Chicago. That Bozo show worked on two levels, there was always some adult humor snuck in that went over the kids heads, and you got the feeling that the whole cast tied one on the night before ( or the day of ).
“Tied one?”
@@srbrant5391 Ok, I showed my age! “Tied one on” is an old expression for getting drunk.
@@boataxe4605 I assumed that was what it meant.
Krusty's name was inspired by a Christian clown named Rusty Nails that Matt Groening (and Brad Bird) knew growing up in Portland, Oregon.
@@bombabombom3603 Yes, it was a combination of the two, but Dan Castellaneta grew up in Chicago and has said that Bob Bell was the major influence, especially on the voice.
How could you miss the bit where Krusty bets a ridiculous amount of money on the Washington Generals? That's like my favorite Krusty scene of all time!
Yeah. But he had a point, why couldn't he just grab the ball while he was spinning it on his finger?
"I thought the Generals were due!!"
It’s in Part One.
"I don't know her name!" "But she held up a liquor store last year!"
I always liked the detail of Krusty pulling out a switchblade to scratch that ticket
Sometimes krusty talks like someone born into the 19th century
He uses a lot of Hebrew phrases I think
He's basically an old Catskills comedian
1:34 Every frame of this 1st Season-style animation has become a meme image. I also think it was a grim joke about when Tommy Cooper had a heart attack on live TV and everyone laughed.
I was thinking the same thing about the joke being based on Tommy Cooper
They laughed because they thought it's part of the act. Same with Krusty
1:35
Cobbler kills it every time 😂🤣😂🤣
I love the animation when he's at Wimbledon
That first skit is probably banned most places now that Disney owns the simpsons. This show was a masterpiece from beginning to end
It’s not. The joke is his racist comedy is stupid and hopelessly outdated. As such it’s not actually racist.
@@MrRyan-wu4jx good to here , I know shows like this push the limit at times. I hope they keep this show as original as possible and not cut things out or change them just to be pc
i only liked the first 2 seasons, after that it got dry real fast. i just wish they'd end it before marge's voice actress dies and the family has to be torn asunder. apparently a majority of people don't want this to happen, but it's probably gonna happen.
@@SpecialAgentOso it will b a sad day when the Simpsons. But I would rather it end then see it become a lesser version of itself
@@QAZ-OMEN >implying that recent seasons of The Simpsons aren't at all a pathetic mockery of the show's golden era (seasons 1-8).

Yep..he sure did....😒
But he took that beer bottle like a champ though!!.🤣🤣
"let's get BIZZAY" will replay in my head until I die
You forgot the best part when they told Krusty 5 mins and he said I’m not going back out there and they said no five minutes to get your stuff and get out Lol!

"THIS AIN'T MAKEUP."
7:05, "Not the elephants"
1:03 lmfao 🤣! I am actually of distant Asian descent BTW but I still think "MEE LIKE A DA FLIED LICE!" Is hilarious.
Man. For his physique, heck even for a standard guy, that clown is athletic!
Watch Offensive Linemen and Defensive Linemen at the NFL combine, whether you like football or not those big guys can really move
0:35 At least Bart liked it haha
Peach cobbler going out cracks me up.
10:40 Krusty decking the paparazzi 🤣
You missed: I can pull a better cartoon out of my A....hey hey
8:40 its part of my public service for my glug glug! vroom vroom! Thump thump!
9:26 Mmmmm strawberries 🍓🍓🍓
I would watch infinity episodes of Worker and Parasite.
As Krusty said: What the hell was that?
Considering i know nothing of European Culture.
His face at 10:20 always kills me 🤣
What the hell was that 🤣🤣
I love how Krusty carries a switchblade
For me the Kamp Krusty, with its fabulous ending never fails to crack me up! Get ready for two weeks at the happiest place on earth---Tijuana!!
Even after 10 years of watching The Simpsons, Krusty’s laugh still scares me
Becker vs Lendle
Check will not be honored😂
My favorite thing about Krusty's show is that for some reason it seems like it's been on the air forever. Likes since the 60s or something😅
Love This!!
"I personally am going to spit in every 50th burger"
That flapping dickie was funny as hell! 😆
You forgot "#,get that camera outta my face " punches cameraman out on red carpet
Fantastic The Best Of The Best
Bart didn't laugh at the second joke. Heh. Reruns. Clowns are funny....😳
Krusty’s Komedy Klassic
1:55 "Krustophenia" lmao
Meat flavored sandwich🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣
In _Simpsons: Hit and Run,_ it’s revealed that Krusty Burger “meat” is just paste and MSG.
Has it ever occurred to Krusty that he doesn't need to steal jokes from other people. He has a creative writing team that can write his jokes.
Love the switch blade....
6:05 greatest Krusty bit, even the facial expression for loud
"former president Ike Eisenhower, *Lets Get BUSSEHH* "
"Hey!Hey! Hahaha. I am Krusty the Clown!"
Official meat flavored sandwich of the 1984 Olympics
A+ display picture.
I would go to Tijuana with Crusty any time.
The boss music of Worker & Parasite.
HOCH HECH!
Kristy laugh slowed down is so demented
Thay first clip seems like the simpson predicted stephen crowder
Cold feet Crowder.
“Down Mexico Way” is one of my all time favourite songs! I hear it, and I can’t help but sing along.
you really feel bad for krusty
Why
What a classy outro - well done... 🎉
I never noticed Krusty has very cartoonish expressions even without makeup through the series…
1:36 that face that Krusty pulls is goofy asf and horrifying at the same time

"Put a sock in it preppy!"
Me So Solly!
9:17
My absolutely favorite Simpsons character!
He really did flappa dickey wrong time.
It can crush clams with its claws. Get it off get it off get it off!!!😂🤣
Worker and Parasite is just an Ena cartoon
Spectacular The Simpsons
Krusty: “This ain’t makeup!”
That explains a lot.
Sideshow Raheem just sent me 🤣
Happy Birthday June
2:36 😀 Krusty funny!

This is a Krusty video but I swear the funniest thing was the Korean gymnast screaming.
