That whole season was amazing. I was so fond of the dancers but probably no more than Twitch. This is a terrible loss for Allyson and his family. They will dance together again. In the meantime, everyone know - depression comes at us for those who are prone to episodes of it - whatever your age and whatever your accomplishments, Educate yourselves but please accept people have an internal dialogue that is so overwhelming it is impossible to fight because you only see an eventual end. And this is one thing I know for sure. So I will watch the amazing work of Twitch that he gave us.

At the time of a bout of CLINICAL MAJOR DEPRESSION you have no answers and truly believe you are relieving not only your own pain but any your depession may be laid on your family. And unfortunately it can just be one overwhelming day. Cowards are those who choose not to look deeper and not realise that each person has their own stuff - read up on Major Depression from the DSM5. And remember that you do not know the extent of his pain. If you do not want to educate your heart, at least educate your mind. I mean that respectfully.

The only thing that has made perhaps the littlest sense is that often the greatest entertainers (Robin Williams, David Letterman, etc) state that they give everything to their craft and those warching it. Perhaps Twitch just couldn't handle being the light and vessel of happiness every day for other people and he had slowly given all of himself so that he maybe felt there was nothing left to give...and no more energy in his soul to fake it. ??? 😢
Twitch put so much energy into his routines. It would have been hard to keep that pace up, but he could have switched to judging. I still am thinking about this. Why? You were The Shit. Hopefully you still are where you are... Or maybe everyone gets to be The Shit where you are. I'm sure that would make you very happy. I hope I end up there too. Where everyone is important and no one is left out. Where people don't hoard more than they need and brother & sister look out for brother and sister, no matter the biological relation. RIP dude. 🍷
