These videos are really helpful, love the longer format and slow gameplay so I can really see what you're looking for during the match. The debriefs are awesome too, gives a great summary and actionable learnings. D5, hopefully reaching master soon, these videos are gold! Keep it up.
As a noob that just got street fighter 6 and has only played like 20 hours ISH.. I'ma implement all your tech.. plus combos. I need to learn thoseee.. Ryu is fun. Idk why people say ken is fun but Ryu is fun as well. I like the simplicity
I’m only diamond 3 ryu but I have seen that a lot of times you could kill if you spent 3 more bars but you end the combo early to avoid burnout. I’d be more mindful of your opponents health
I was just wondering a couple of things. What controller or stick do you use, and are you able to use each of the main types (arcade stick, hit box, console controller) close to evenly? Could you do a video that discusses the positives and negatives for each type and why you use what you do.
I give you props for keeping Ryu skills going but bruh Capcom needs to do a better job with the character. 30 years he’s not changed at all but minimally.
@@AHWilliams614 maybe not under the concept of honing your skill and gaining abilities over time and adapting new techniques. For instance 30 years and he still can’t throw a hadoken in the air? His tatsu still only hits one time? If so then what is the purpose of having a Evil Ryu? Because you could’ve have given him some of those moves. Why make Kage and gv him them techniques if he already knows this stuff. Ken evolves as the game changes. Ryu can adapt as well
Honestly I just think Denjin needs to be revisited. Ryu being a drive chip damage stun god, kind of like how he was towards the end of 5 is how I'd like the character to be. His base kit is fine but the gimmick of Denjin charge is more lenient then it was in 5 and even 3s.

Your ryu is so solid and very entertaining to watch you play! much love
These videos just get better and better AM we gotta get some sets in once I finish getting to 100% on hitbox lol
Yesssir
Your throw techs in the Ryu mirror were on point son! Good defense!
These videos are always a W! Good stuff
Great match analysis, love it!
1848 MR with Ryu? That's mad impressive.
I was pretty happy with my progression with him after being hard stuck for a while. But still have a ways to go to level up

Seen every Ryu video you upload, very useful keep it up! & btw what controller do you use? And what do you think of hitbox?
I use a PS5 controller. I've never personally used a hitbox before so I don't have an educated opinion on it.

that’s the beauty of ryu! he has no gimmicks so if you win, that means you simply outplayed the other player
why change perfection?

Nice games AM
Nice play bro! You're using stick or leverless or pad?
I play on a PS5 Controller!
@@ThisIsAMKIDD nice! I'm trying to get better at leverless.
What happened to the Juri match ending ?
I messed up on the editing side. I jumped in and he parried but ran out of drive meter and ended up getting hit for me to take the game lol
