Apparent Chicago Tornado Touchdown

From a high rise apartment you see many storms. But even the most severe run of the mill storms don't produce power flashes on the ground, many of which are seen in this video. ABC 7 reported an apparent tornado near O'Hare Airport. This video of the North/Northwest side seems to substantiate that. O'Hare is directly west of the camera position. You can also see what might be a funnel at points during the video.
