I’ve had asthma since I was little it runs in my family when I was 6 I was diagnosed I had to kept home for a couple of days and when I was in school I’d have to go to the nurse a lot to have asthma treatments for a couple of years it only bothered me when I was doing exercise then it got worse when I got colds then it was was the same for 2 years I didn’t have severe attacks where I’d be gasping for air. Then I got better once I started doing sports being outside a lot really helped. Then I did winter track the air was really dry and sometimes at meets I couldn’t breathe not because I was congested just because the air constricted my lungs. So asthma for me was like an on again and off again relationship where sometimes I wouldn’t worry about it for years then it’d come back full swing where it’d become a huge problem where I’d have to get new medication to help control it now I’m at a point where it’s not an issue that I have to constantly worry about taking medication because my body can handle it granted I haven’t done a lot of exercise but I’ll do it to help my body

I have mild asthma ever since I was pretty much at the age of 5 then it went away. At the age of 10 it came back and went away. Now I'm 15 and I still have it. It usually occurs when I exercise a lot, and I'm also allergic to dust mites. And ever since I was born my parents used to smoke a lot around me so that's probably how I got it but idk. It's probably from my allergies.

In Ayurveda, bronchial asthma is termed as ‘Tamak Swasa’. It is mainly caused by Vata and Kapha dosha. Swasa is classified into five types - Mahaswasa (Dyspnoea major), Urdhawaswasa (Expiratory dyspnoea), Chinna swasa (Chyne stroke respiration), Kshudra swasa (Dyspnoea minor), Tamaka swasa (Bronchial asthma)

Initially, I had mild asthma that kept growing each winter. I tried to remove it by taking many things but the only remedy was an inhaler in my pocket. Once I had gone to my uncle's house in Chandigarh when the inhaler malfunctioned. I pressed the panic button and he took me to Planet Ayurveda and got Asthma Care Pack & some diet tips that were followed sincerely. My Asthma vanished into thin air never to recur

I have what doctors describe as type 2 brittle asthma, I have so many triggers from cold air, spicy food, alcohol, perfumes, dust mites and their droppings, acid reflux, post nasal drip, smoke from cigs and elsewhere, exercise, strong B/O, peak flow tests, steam in the bathroom, mold and more, I have an ambulances two sometimes three times a month, I have been in intensive care with maximum fluids adrenalin well I have three canulars in my arms and wrists, I have to use humifified oxygen if it's cold it worsens, I think you could say I'm a little fucked up! I tried inhaling Himalayan pink salt as I heard it was good at helping symptoms, with my asthma as severe as it is I had nothing to lose and got some from my local shop, I made my own inhaler using the foot off my wifes tights as the filter, I placed this inside the plastic bit of an old inhaler and spent around 15 minutes a day breathing it in. That was 9 months ago, and it has been a godsend, I haven't used my inhalers for about 5 of the 9 months, I no longer have to take my inhalers out with me if I go outside, I couldn't have done this ever before, hps clears so much mucus from my lungs its staggering just how much, I produced and stored mucus and my life was just so damn scary and dictated to by this shitty debilitating illness, now I don't consider myself not to be an asthmatic at all! And I'm 52 years old and I'm as fit as a fiddle and love my life. Please if you are a sufferer of asthma be it mild or moderate even severe give it a try, check UA-cam channels I'm not the only one who has beaten this. Thank you for reading this comnent and I wish you all good luck if you do try this, tell other sufferers about this comment and tell them that they can contact me on here if they have any questions. I’m not trying to jump the gun here but I’ve went to my family doctor about this whistling noise that I would hear when exhaling especially after physical activity and at the time I was 14 going on 15 and I had been smoking weed occasionally even before that because I started smoking weed at 13 which I know is bad to say but I guess that doesn’t matter now because that was 7 years ago. I never quit completely though. Sure I would take breaks here and there but i slowly progressed to smoking almost everyday, now I’ve noticed that this whistling sound when exhaling is there all the time and what triggers my symptoms the most is smoking. I’ve stopped smoking everyday and only do it when I feel like it which has helped but it’s so hard to quit. I think I have intermittent asthma but I won’t know unless I go see my doctor again.

I have mild asthma and my symptoms were more so pain while breathing in, or general chest pains. I've only had one experience where I was wheezy and collapsed to the floor, but I don't know if that was asthma related because I didn't stop it with my pump. I get more chest pains if the lawn is freshly mowed or if I'm around alot of dampness, but since I don't experience alot of coughing and wheezing I don't know if I really have asthma.

I have absolutely no idea what type of Asthma I have. I take my inhaler 4 time a day, when I wake up, after four hours I take it again, after another four hours I take it again, and then I take it before I go to bed. It's horrible when your breathing becomes shallow and faster/slower. For me it's usually worse at night. But for some reason, and idk if this is in anyway related, my heart starts randomly beating really fast. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this? If not then that's ok
