Nothing was said about his home being ransacked, just that his car was taken. I would imagine shooting someone, wrapping their body in a sheet or blanket, and then dragging them up to the attic would take a little time. Sounds like it might be personal.
Well a random person isn't going to take the time to hide his body so well
I think the person came with him in his car to his house bc the person had to leave in his car to get out of there without being seen. I would get access to his phone/iCloud or even his social media accounts could help out. Also, his debit or credit cards to see what was his last transaction that would be a good start.
@@Milanitalia4581 I would think his phone and credit card activity were both investigated early on. It's puzzling to me that it was never mentioned approximately how long he had been dead when they initially found him, nor when was the last time anyone saw him alive. (If it was mentioned, I didn't hear it). If the person arrived at his home by Uber, there may be records of that, I assume.
You would think that doorbell video footage from one of his neighbors would have shown his car leaving (or someone leaving in his car). I thought from the beginning it was someone he knew or was acquainted with in some way.
@@rodentcafeteria Yes, you are right. I don’t remember them saying how long he’s been dead for. I’m thinking it’s a past lover and I’m sure someone out there knows something. The person who shot Dr. Hoover had to have opened their mouths speaking about him prior to death if it was like something on the line of the following: Dr. Hoover & I have a date or he invited me to his home or talking smack about him in regards to a personal matter between the shooter and doctor. Unless, it was a kidnapping somewhere where the shooter knew he’d be and pointed a gun at him to get themselves into the vehicle. They have phone records to see when the last actual call or text was made from his device finding an estimate time of crime. I saw in a comment that people will drag his name through the mud now but that will only happen if society lets it. Everyone has a personal life but what matters is the amazing work he did for human life while he was here on Earth. He was a true angel to his patients and I’m sure he has saved so many lives using his talents God gave him. I’m waiting to see who their personal of interest is who they had to let go bc of lack of evident thus far.
@@Milanitalia4581 Yes, by all accounts, he was an outstanding doctor and just an all-around good guy. Hopefully, the case will be solved soon. I don't expect the name of the Person of Interest to be released, unless it can be proven that the person actually had something to do with his murder.
Who goes and checks the attic on a wellness call... thats werid...
My prayers for family and friends. 🙏
Yea his mom passed from cancer Wednesday 🤦♂️ she was not told of his death nd,now he dont knw she passed 🤬💔💔
And just what the hell is an " Isolated Situation "? So many murders, nothing isolated about them. On the bright side, nobody's claiming it was a suicide.
It was either an angry, jilted lover or a Grindr hookup gone wrong. That's my guess.
Why does everyone keep saying his boyfriend? Is he actually gay or are people just assuming?
"Detroit" and "mansion" seem strange in the same sentence.
Man the good people like this… terrible to lose a real one. 🙏🏾
Weird. Detroit is known as such a safe city.
Psh yea right
@@davidblainex14 I think he's being sarcastic.
This part of Detroit is probably the safest part, next to downtown Detroit.
@@AlexSayed1988 Stop it ok
Bless him. He seems to have had a generous spirit. Unfortunately being so open invites in evil people. 😔
Safe areas are getting difficult to find these days … everybody knows why!
I understand fully……….. but this I am 99% certain was personal. There’s a 1% it could be not.
Grindr hookup can be deadly. Pick your fwb wisely.
What do they mean “isolated incident” & they have nobody in custody??
There’s more to this story.
You know there had to be cameras on that property, employees that did routine maintenance, etc. I pray 🙏🏽 the MURDERER is exposed IJN.
You couldn't pay me to live in that neighborhood
That’s disgusting
Who did this evil deed??
Such a tragic crime hope justice prevails…who could do such a thing!?
I hope they find out who did this.. Horrific.
Isolated until it happens again.
Isolated incident?... _Boyfriend_ or _Girlfriend_ probably did this. They would be the only ones who would be able to get this close to him. They didn't say the house was ransacked. So, if anything was taken the 'thief' or 'thieves' knew exactly where the valuables are.
Yep. According to one gossip site on the internet, he liked the BBC...
This is horrible and sad
لا حول و لا قوّة إلّا بالله العلِيّ العظيم ..
ما أكثر جرائم القتل في بلدان الغرب لاستهلاك الخمر و المخدّرات بلا حدود
This is taking the life of a good person that many many needs, such a total shame.
Disgruntled patient is always a possibility with doctors. Whatever the case, seems personal.
I’m sure divorce attorneys agree too. Hell I’m surprised military doctors don’t have a bounty on their head. Especially since active duty service members & spouses can’t sue them for malpractice. This seems personal too bc who would put his body in an attic? Not an easy job by any stretch of the imagination. It has to be more than one person involved.
Most likely it was a robbery
@@HighFalutinTootin Could be. Doubtful. Too neat, too orderly with the wrapping of the body in a bedsheet…then body tucked in an attic which means the robber KNOWS nobody will be home AND has enough time to carry body upstairs or up a drop down ladder ( that takes time & strain on back) then murderer put body in there. No. No. No. Your run of the mill robber is disorganized in mind , life & actions. Gets the loot & runs.He does not risk by staying in the too long.
Btw….the covering of a body with bedsheets it’s known to be done by people who personally know the victim. Otherwise, they leave body where it fell.
Poor man, helps people, then this happens to him. Disgraceful!!
A 53 yo single, attractive, successful doctor lives alone in a mansion by himself for 15 years..... I smell BS and I hope when they catch the perp that they give us the true motive behind this....rip.
He lives in an area surrounded by all the have nots. He was wealthy and therefore vulnerable.
good job DA Judges Mayor all on you
RIP doc.
I was born and raised in Detroit and I would not live there.😮
you couldnt pay me to live in a house like that, it screams rob me im rich AF
Not even a democracy can save you
Who ever did this is very sick hope they found him soon
Such a sad ending to such a promising future of dedication of helping others . Rest in God's love . Condolences to his family and friends.
Maybe someone thought he was an ER doctor.
