The home robber probably wanted to be extra careful to buy time incase someone else showed up. If someone else showed up and saw a dead body they'd immediately get weapons and or call the cops. If the body was stashed away and they showed up they would smell the blood but that leads to confusion not a call to the cops.

Sad to hear as a nurse, finding neurosurgeons is not easy. Just thinking about all the people he cared for or need his expertise and now won’t get it is disheartening.
    2 things :
    1. That’s a big house and looks like an expensive neighborhood to live in we’re there no cameras in or around the home? Or Maybe a neighbors camera caught something?- or maybe the police aren’t saying yet which is understandable
    2. If he was put in the attic, I’m thinking it was either 1 strong person or multiple people to have to carry a dead body up to an attic.
Hopefully the family gets the truth on what really happen.

the people he would have saved would have ended up at places I've seen, rarely would they have done anything meaningful afterwards. For the most part it's all about doing a job and earning money. He'd put someone in debt so they can live another 5 years and spend their money on christmas gifts for the grand kids. But well that's still something even if it isn't investing into infrastructure or ending any sort of homelessness or crime epidemics.

(If it was mentioned, I didn't hear it). If the person arrived at his home by Uber, there may be records of that, I assume.

@@rodentcafeteria Yes, you are right. I don’t remember them saying how long he’s been dead for. I’m thinking it’s a past lover and I’m sure someone out there knows something. The person who shot Dr. Hoover had to have opened their mouths speaking about him prior to death if it was like something on the line of the following: Dr. Hoover & I have a date or he invited me to his home or talking smack about him in regards to a personal matter between the shooter and doctor. Unless, it was a kidnapping somewhere where the shooter knew he’d be and pointed a gun at him to get themselves into the vehicle. They have phone records to see when the last actual call or text was made from his device finding an estimate time of crime. I saw in a comment that people will drag his name through the mud now but that will only happen if society lets it. Everyone has a personal life but what matters is the amazing work he did for human life while he was here on Earth. He was a true angel to his patients and I’m sure he has saved so many lives using his talents God gave him.
