Excellent review on the V10 thank you. One of the most comprehensive reviews I've seen on it yet and nice to see the entire review filmed with the same camera.
Yes, I kept the 30mm lens. On a recent trip I took it was actually my most used lens, definitely a lens I would recommend to get it’s perfect for every day use and then you have the back macro ability
Wow thank you for this review I’m trying to take UA-cam seriously and want a beginner friendly camera do you recommend for daily vlogs and lifestyle content
Thx for the reply. I was asking about the remote you used to control the camera. You said the name very rapidly, and I couldn't catch it, and U didn't find a link to it in the information.
Interesting. It doesn't look too bad. It looks like it does overexpose about 2/3rds of a stop throughout the video. It badly needs a polarising filter over the lens.
Looking at it and comparing it to my smartphone - which is what I use for my UA-cam videos, I see very little to suggest that is it any better than my $50 smartphone. I would suggest that this is probably a $10 camera at best. As I have said elsewhere it's as though some drunk Canon engineers drew up the plans on a beer mat in a pub. @@jrperezphotography

@@jrperezphotography your welcome
I passed even at xmas 2023 pricing of $349. Maybe the v2 will be better.
I did not keep it, returned it too expensive for what it is.
I hope it's a very good camera .
Nice to see you Jorge, this is a very good and thorough review. On a separate note, did you keep the XF30? Be well and stay safe.

Thank you, if the price were $249 or $299 yes I think it’s over priced. I did not keep it I returned the camera
Thanks for a very thorough review. Perhaps I missed it, but what is the brand and model of the bluetooth remote?
Glad you enjoyed. I used the Rhode Mic Go 1st generation

Agree the video looks a bit hot most of the Time. It's a nice idea by Canon but to expensive. I think it needs to go down tho $350 for what it is

Is there the possibility to install cinestyle profil? Or set a custom color profile?
Hello I don’t know if that’s possible, I’d dough it.
battery life
