M4E tries to run up and break through Mac's armor with an up smash, but because Mac leans downwards while charging Straight Lunge and Sephiroth's hitboxes start a little high, it misses completely, allowing Peanut to take advantage of the situation. I guess Mac is glad he's not so tall after that interaction.
@@willycheez7218 Fair is fair, it is damage-based armor. I tend to use "super armor" as a catch-all term for all forms of armor since it's the term I'm familiar with, but it does technically refer to a different effect.
This was a hard match up for Peanut and manage to clutch it up. This was round 1 winners and it is hype already. This was a good match for M4E as well. These two players specifically knows what it takes to win in a high level.

I can tell you that i know personally that he didn't prepare for the matchup well , he knows it a bit because we have a good Mac in Italy (he was and maybe still is the best Mac in Europe) but the weeks before the major he couldn't play with him

Yea some of Mac's motions vertically shrink his hurtbox which results in hilarious situations like this one Lol.
