    Norwegians are cool as fuck. The best time I had in the Marine Corps was when we were training in Norway.

    Afghan soldier, treated by american medic, taken care of by Norwegian medevac, carried away in a swedisch plane to go to a german hospital.
    Now that's what I'm talking about!
    Divided there is little we can do. United, there is little we can not do

    I was on the British MERT in Afghanistan. We would draw up one set of anaesthetic drugs (check them) and keep them refrigerated in a sealed box. One less thing to do in the air.... 😉

      Different cultures who have been grown up with different stuff. Leeroy jenkins is not that known for most people in Norway, most of these guys was 20+ when leeroy jenkins was something you knew about therefore not so into the MMO/gaming culture.

    Why did the insurgency increase?

    • @srfsk6129
      @srfsk6129 2 роки тому +1

      Since the locals picked sides. Americans were too set on defeating taliban. Killing 1 taliban will resolve in convincing 2 more people to become insurgents. Norway made schools to make sure for good education, made hospitals and trained ANA so they could take care of their own country without interference from ISAF.

    Good job boys, but as a former American combat aviation soldier, why would you fuel the aircraft before going on your mission? Why not fuel it after the mission so it's ready for the next emergency? Our helicopters (UH-1H's) never sat without a full tank of fuel.

    My Norwegian neighbours, please inform me, what dialect of Norwegian does the man at 32:10 speak? Cause I am actually having trouble understanding him :P
    Is this how Stockholm people feel when they listen to us Scanians? :D

    • @gnawershreth
      @gnawershreth 8 років тому

      +stoffni Haha I was just going to ask about his dialect as well but for a completely different reason. He sounds Danish to me. The way he said "I forbindelse med.." made him sound like he could be my neighbor here in Denmark. It sounded completely Danish to me.. :)
