Eclipse 2024 from Southern Illinois. Du Quoin State Fair Park. 4 Min of totality

We went into the path of the Eclipse. April 8 2024. This is our experience
We chose to be near Carbondale but not actually in the big crowds and worry about parking for the day.
We found Du Quoin Illinois State Fair Park with Plenty of room and facilities for everyone, and a free event, right on Highway 51.
We took time to have breakfast at a local dinner, Looked around downtown, and went to the fairgrounds to claim our spot around 10am.
This video will show how we experienced the once-in-a-lifetime (maybe) event.
No traffic coming down to speak of, but plenty on the way home, but we had scheduled an extra travel day so no worries here.
