Just watching ur vid showing Cardwell where i live ,,i use to transport 20 to 30. 35 ton boats around Australia most with pilots cause of most being wide loads and took many to Melbourne,, anyway keep up the good work ,
Hi from France, great video, the music is spot on.I drove "long haul" over here for years, well their version of long distance, a thousand kms over here is a long way, yeah, same story never any loads for me,well no loads to get me home, but anyway got to see heaps of Europe.I now just tinker along in my little Renault (single drive) with a tri-axle tanker doing local in and around Lyon. The more i watch your vidéos the more i miss Australia.
Another winner mate :) terrific choice of music and I really liked the descriptions and history info along the way too. You'll get the hang of 'editing' and soon it will be second nature. One thing to think about for your future videos when your editing is when say you have something like the thunderstorm where theres lots of rumbling with rain hitting the windscreen or something else like that, is to drop the volume of the music just a bit more and let us hear the camera sound just for those parts-in TV News we call it a 'Sound Up' :) Stay safe mate and take care
Yes you’re right,…I did leave the volume up but forgot about the music volume,…there’ll be other storms,…thanks for your input,…I’m really taking all this onboard.
Hi Ken, found your channel two days ago and am now half way through your videos. Loving them. One of the greatest joys in my life has been driving the open roads, taking in the sights and the particularly exploring a new route. Have done so extensively in eastern Australia, the USA, UAE and Thailand. Would love to do more but now aging in northern Thailand and seems it is unlikely to happen. Have not been back to Australia for four years now and God it makes me so homesick to see the Australian landscapes you are travelling. Stay safe sir.
Kenny, love your work. Great insight to how hard working people like you get us city folk fresh food. A suggestion is to put up a map of the town you are driving though so we can see where you are. Keep up the videos
Awesome 👌 video chief, got hooked on your stories and kept watching on. Got a bro up Qld pulling doubles for Lindsay. He has loved it since arriving from NZ. Do the mahi and reap the rewards later🤙🤙 keep up the good work!!!
Love the videos mate, lucky you weren’t heading into Adelaide without the jake haha You should add a gift function to your videos I’d happily gift some money for your time of making videos
Good video’s Ken. Never driven a truck, thanks for the insight. Cool roads, good to get an understanding of how many Km’s you knock up. Hard working man, good vids, good stories!
Just randomly stumbled on your channel mate. You got me hooked bud! Thanks for showing us your version of life is this big world. Everyone has an different adventure in life, just jump on youtube and you'll be surprised how many people like your channel. Keep it up mate and keep on keeping it real! I'm always on the road camping anywhere between Cairns and Sydney, might bump into you on the road somewhere? Stay safe brother.
Gday Ken, awesome channel and content. Keep it coming. Do you use a gopro? They are great for drivers and can be mount in interesting positions and are high quality videos. Could you make a video couple up a trailer? Always wondered what the procedure is with these trucks. New sub here👌🏼 keep safe out there. Maybe outback truckers could do some episodes with you if Lb allowed it.
Ken , loving ya videos mate only discovered your channel the last few days. Intriguing stuff. Would love a run down on the drop down into Adelaide and how you prepare and handle it . Stay safe and look after yourself.
Haven’t been down there for a while,…but depending on how heavy I am,…and the jakes working properly,…I’ll go down in 10th or even 8th ,…which ever gear holds me up with out needing the brakes
I'm starting to get addicted to your videos.Always checking for the next one. I notice your subscriber count is moving up. Time now to monetize your content. Take care.
And when you reported the jake brake problem did you remind the boss that it wouldn't be an issue if the truck was Manual with a stick and clutch to help slow that sucker down?
Lost me brakes couple weeks ago smoke there arse off not a good feeling hey and your right avacados are heavy i work for waldies might see u round one day

I've never seen anyone pull up to take 8 carparking spaces like that.Unreal 👍🏽
When there's coffee involved, a driver will do anything to get it.
Not much thought was ever given to truckies, they have to get creative sometimes. Remember it's easier to get forgiveness than beg for permission 😁
@@borntobbad Well said, same goes for using other peoples yards to turn around in one way streets lol.
@@ESPSJ let's just say you have to stretch the law a bit here and there, all in the name of git er dun!
I enjoy seeing the names of different towns you travel through.
Another good video. Stay safe out there and will see you on next one.

Ok mate,…I’ll put something together,… thanks for your support
At least all that rain would have kept the brake drums cool and you wouldn't want to be too heavy on the Jake in the wet anyway. 🙂
These things happen,…and I caught it pretty early so no major issues arose.
