If you let your KIDS trick or treat ALONE at night, then I'm sorry, but you signed your children's death warrent. I didn't go trick or treating alone until I was thirteen, and even then, I wasn't as dumb as these kids. If there were a haunted murder house, I ain't NEVER GOING ANYWHERE NEAR IT.
@lionelschweetz4844 I can assure you, a lot of families by then weren't even allowing their kids to be alone trick or treating. Adults don't leave their doors open anymore before that time period. My mother and uncle remembered trick or treating with my grandparents
@lionelschweetz4844 they weren't trick-or-treating by themselves until they turn too 13, and they also had to have a group of kids going together. they can't be in Paris
Yeah when I watched Ducky and Tammy discussing about going to that house or not, I can't help but wonder where the hell are their parents? Don't they ever warn their kids that they should be more wary and not go to unfamiliar places without permission or anything like that?? Especially at night ?? Plus, kids go missing every Halloween in town, how come these adults still got the fucking nerve to let the kids go trick-or-treating alone at night?? While I won't deny that the Pumpkin Rabbit & Mysterious House is an excellent analogue horror series, but the plot in it is still that same old dumb lame cliché. "Oh look at that creepy suspicious house ! Lets hurry and go there ! I am pretty sUrE everything's going to be FINE!! :D"
In the mysterious house, the couple just… seemed too supernatural to be scary. However, in the return of the pumpkin rabbit, their dialog seemed more human, and that made it scarier too feel like a live person would want to do that to kids.
i disagree i feel they are only scary because they are supernatural, that way you have no idea what are their capabilities or motives. you feel maybe they always know where you are and what you are going to do and there is nothing you can do to stop them. on the other hand if they are real people then it's just oh it's a bunch of mentally ill people who've had terrible lives and they have all the limitations you do. thats not scary to me at all
You know what? I wasn't going to say this, because it sounds weird, but, while the way Ralph died was horrific, it was intensely interesting: he fought through a good number of horror troupes, and STILL failed. THAT is unfortunate reality. Like, it sucks, and it's sad, but, sometimes you just can't win, even when you do the best you can. Edit: Omg, I just realized it was Mrs. Waterman singing Hush Little Baby. I thought Paco was singing it to himself, as like a technique for self-soothing! I'm a dingus, for heaven's sake! XD
I can’t watch the end of the mysterious house without hearing the thicc pumpkin rabbit meme. Also idk if you’ve noticed this but the blue hippo in the mysterious house wasn’t one of the corpses and I didn’t see them in return of the pumpkin rabbit so maybe they got away
There’s a a lot of similarities with the Nightmare on elm street series. Before Freddy was killed, he would kidnap the children of springwood and bring them to his boiler room at the factory where he worked at and would kill them. He would soon be arrested for the murders but was let go due to the arrest warrant not being signed which caused the town to outrage. The parents of the children he killed would track him down and burn him alive taking justice into their own hands. But then Freddy came back and started his killing spree again by going after the teenagers of springwood in their dreams, and every time he claimed a victim, Freddy absorbed their souls inside of him because he fed off of them to grow more powerful Just how the Waterman’s kept the souls of the kids trapped within their memory book, they were burned alive but would not stay dead In Nightmare 4 the dream master, Alice defeated Freddy by showing his reflection in the mirror, that enabled the souls of the children inside of him to be freed, he was basically torn apart by them just how the kids attacked witch sheep and pumpkin rabbit after they were freed
This whole video seems to have a lot of references to horror films, the main girl is wearing a good guy outfit from Child’s play, Pumpkin Rabbit is dressed as Leather Face, the scene with the rabbit leaning on the door is based on the shining and the book burning is DEFINITELY a reference to Evil Dead with the necronomicon burning
@ true And the fact that it’s set in Halloween is reference to the 1978 movie And how michaels killing spree affected the town of Haddonfield Martin really took a lot of Inspiration from the classics
Yeah, something i didnt really comprehend was billy and tva's role in the story, are they adults?, kids? In the second installment you can see a photo of what appears to be a kid version of Billy and TVA in a photo with the pumpkin rabbit. But when Jay reaches into Billy's mouth, his body appears to be fully grown. The timeline of the killings also seemed kinda messed up. Naybe im just not paying attention but im almost positive tammy and ducky werent killed before billy and tva since they are both in the house before tammy and ducky die
This one was absolutely more intense than I think I was ever expecting what incredible quality and voice acting!! I absolutely love the style/aesthetic of TWF and these Halloween specials are filled with such love
I really wish I didn’t get recommended this at 2 am and had to see that thumbnail lol also the part where they burn their house down is probably to me is now the creepiest thing in waltine flies
Something doesn't make sense here... In "the mysterious house" Lorenzo was already burned before the townsfolk burned them. When did he have a burned face? Even in "the return of the pumpkin rabbit" he still has those scars.
It could be from that bear child, since in the prequel he looked the most traumatized and probably but up some kind of fight. But that’s just speculation.
Gamersault is that one entity travel to many universe of many horror thingy or along horror and being immortal, just to gather many lore just to tell to us :3
If anyone is asking why they also take pictures of their victims before they die. It's believed that taking a photo of a living person traps their soul in either the picture or in the place it was taken at while they are alive or after they die.
I know that the new sequel is better for sure, love the new Pr design. But my nostalgia loves the Original more, just by a bit more. I am also disappointed that Martin didn’t voice PR again, but he sounds similar to the OG voice.
What Ralph should have done is waited for his friends to come out (by that I mean once they entered and didn't come out in o lets say 2 minutes) you run away and get the bloody mob again. Secondly if your ball goes behind said scary house welp sucks to suck get a new ball.
I just want to say..That I love your channel really! I've been watching ever since I was 10 and it just gets better and better every year..The way you explain makes it creepier but just makes me want to watch more of your videos!
Its funny how people are just focusing on how Ralph is the only one who did not enter the house and die first. But what about Paco? Paco atleast had some resistance going into the house. You can hear the regret in Paco’s voice (Which is probably because he entered the house peer pressured) when Rachel was singing. Which is almost as bad as Ralph’s death.
It is just me but did Jay father did not think what to happen to Paco and Ralph like what did he not know what happened to the other two last night and all so did not question why Dinoface is cover in his own blood and scratches
Then, why can't the couple at least Ducky and Tammy phone their parents to let them know that they are staying over at some creepy couple's house? Hopefully, that would get their parents rushing over to pick up their kids because nobody wants to be left apprehensive by a way too friendly couple.

Who knows, the watermans may think those two are special and probably cripple them instead to puppeteer them as “friends” like how they’re shown in the Mysterious House
Could be a callback to Susan being stuffed into Banny where TVA and Billy are paralyzed and kept in mocked up versions of their costumes to slowly rot
I hope Martin Walls later does a later episode that explains what their motives are
All great horror stories are ones where little is explained.
Nice, When I first watched the first part years ago I thought that the series ended then and there. Im now glad that the universe got a good ending.
The camera flash at 10:32 is use to trap the souls of the children in the book.
Only the ones that looked at the camera I think
Ralph did not deserve that 😭
That really got me...I gotta be honest...Ralph deserved to be the last man standing...but he was done dirty

edit: oh so it was in the video nevermind forget what I write about the camera light
To be fair, this takes place in the 70s and 80s.
I stopped at 13 and just bought treats

That’s what I thought too. Maybe they changed the victims.
There's also an Angel dog in the album but their corpse is nowhere to be found. Maybe some were able to escape
Maybe that's why people acted on a "hunch" with next to no evidence.
@@Zaw517 wait now that I’m rewatching it the Hippo was there but only at the end. You see a super short glimpse of him.
@@lewafflez5356they also appear in the scene when the spirits kill the couple but their face is extremly mangled
Its funny to hear you talk about ralph getting killed by plot
RIP ralph
RIP, He deserved better 😞
There’s a a lot of similarities with the Nightmare on elm street series. Before Freddy was killed, he would kidnap the children of springwood and bring them to his boiler room at the factory where he worked at and would kill them. He would soon be arrested for the murders but was let go due to the arrest warrant not being signed which caused the town to outrage. The parents of the children he killed would track him down and burn him alive taking justice into their own hands. But then Freddy came back and started his killing spree again by going after the teenagers of springwood in their dreams, and every time he claimed a victim, Freddy absorbed their souls inside of him because he fed off of them to grow more powerful
Just how the Waterman’s kept the souls of the kids trapped within their memory book, they were burned alive but would not stay dead
In Nightmare 4 the dream master, Alice defeated Freddy by showing his reflection in the mirror, that enabled the souls of the children inside of him to be freed, he was basically torn apart by them just how the kids attacked witch sheep and pumpkin rabbit after they were freed
@ true
And the fact that it’s set in Halloween is reference to the 1978 movie
And how michaels killing spree affected the town of Haddonfield
Martin really took a lot of Inspiration from the classics
Martin has said the Halloween and Christmas video are not canon to the Walter files, but have lore hints towards it
So what's the point of these being made?
@@doctor9551 fun maybe?
25:20 this sound is the first recorded audio ever [ Au Clair de la Lune (1860) ]
I don't think I am sleeping tonight. But man you explained it in a great way. Love your videos!
Their bodies just seem to be stretched out, because Ducky also seems to be way bigger in the new episode, but he was an average height child
The couple seemed to have been using the souls of the kids as messed up puppets using the photobook. That's why they were "alive"
Theyre kids corpses being puppeted. Like duckys was in this episode
MORE WALTEN FILES MY DAY IS MADE
This one was absolutely more intense than I think I was ever expecting what incredible quality and voice acting!! I absolutely love the style/aesthetic of TWF and these Halloween specials are filled with such love
I really wish I didn’t get recommended this at 2 am and had to see that thumbnail lol also the part where they burn their house down is probably to me is now the creepiest thing in waltine flies

Why the devs had to do Ralph like that. Sad day for common sense.
The devs????
@@VozGanzo13 the story writters

Fun fact you can actually see the pumpkin rabbit when she's talking to billy
I think Freddy Krueger had the same fate of being burned alive by the parents/townfolks once. At least the couple didn't become dream demons.
...or did they?
They technically did because they lived off of memories of terror from other people
Are gonna talk about "The Walten Files" created by Martin Walls/Paredes
Maybe...depends how my audience reacts to this video and if they enjoy it
@gamersault My Favorite Character is Bon the Rabbit and Jack Walten
@gamersault oh yes pls talk about the files is the best analog horror out there
It’s not done yet
@magicman3163 yes ik but he can make some theories on it
Something doesn't make sense here...
But that’s just speculation.
i feel like the plot is about the penguin and jay reliving what happened to their best friends
This is so good. Also F's in the chat for Ralph
i just noticed at 10:32 their a camera flash in the window.
WE ARE SO BACK AT THE WALTIN FILES!
I do have to say, I like the covering of other mediums. Games along with videos like analog horrors.
Gamersault is that one entity travel to many universe of many horror thingy or along horror and being immortal, just to gather many lore just to tell to us :3
I think it was confirmed in a sketch that witch sheep poured acid on pumpkin rabbit's face, also they are not people in costumes, they are animals too
Imo Ralph had the most terrifying end, I couldn't even imagine
Bro got the Susan Woodings treatment:(-
She pumpkin my rabbit until I return😩😩😩
hahahhahaa
Same tbh
I just realized that in the main series, children are perfectly safe around the animatronics. But in the mysterious house, and FNAF they aren’t.
If anyone is asking why they also take pictures of their victims before they die. It's believed that taking a photo of a living person traps their soul in either the picture or in the place it was taken at while they are alive or after they die.
yellow rabbit, comes back from death, kills kids...anyone else getting dejavu?
and dies because of fire
@Skividi_toylet this is all feeling very familiar...
I know that the new sequel is better for sure, love the new Pr design. But my nostalgia loves the Original more, just by a bit more. I am also disappointed that Martin didn’t voice PR again, but he sounds similar to the OG voice.
I noticed pr rabbit has a tie instead of a bow in this too.
Time PR was voiced by the old Ducky voice actor from The Mysterious House
What Ralph should have done is waited for his friends to come out (by that I mean once they entered and didn't come out in o lets say 2 minutes) you run away and get the bloody mob again. Secondly if your ball goes behind said scary house welp sucks to suck get a new ball.
I really like your analysis
Yet another great video as usual
I just want to say..That I love your channel really! I've been watching ever since I was 10 and it just gets better and better every year..The way you explain makes it creepier but just makes me want to watch more of your videos!
Its funny how people are just focusing on how Ralph is the only one who did not enter the house and die first. But what about Paco?
Paco atleast had some resistance going into the house. You can hear the regret in Paco’s voice (Which is probably because he entered the house peer pressured) when Rachel was singing. Which is almost as bad as Ralph’s death.
The fact that the watermen are huge is terrifying
If it had a moral of the story it would be: “if you do bad things, it will catch up to you eventually”
Cant wait for the Christmas one
12:18 I saw a flash look closely at the window that's the moment one of the watermans took a picture of the group
Justice for my boy Ralph he ain't do nothing✊️😔
Shoutout to Ralph, my boy deserved to survive🗣️🗣️
why is this so graphic and eerie
it gives me chills
This is the first Walter Files video in which the protagonists actually win against the villain.
22:24 *gulp* erm…. She’s right behind me isn’t she?
“What is this, some kind of Return of The Pumpkin Rabbit?”
It is just me but did Jay father did not think what to happen to Paco and Ralph like what did he not know what happened to the other two last night and all so did not question why Dinoface is cover in his own blood and scratches
He did but all he was worrying about in that moment was getting the kids out of that house
Then, why can't the couple at least Ducky and Tammy phone their parents to let them know that they are staying over at some creepy couple's house? Hopefully, that would get their parents rushing over to pick up their kids because nobody wants to be left apprehensive by a way too friendly couple.
Look at the year, kid. It's 1997 o 1998. Do you think a phone existed in that period?
Will you cover the main Walten files series as a analysis since the lore is confusing to me btw you did a great job in this video as you always do ,Love from India 🇮🇳🇮🇳
This is traumatic
I am pretty sure the mannequins are supposed to be dead bodies
Yeah, specially considering the Waterman's also turned into mannequins
I love how the house has the carpet pattern from "The Shining"
Fun fact: Around 12:18 you can see a flash come from one of the windows, more than likely the picture taken at the end.
Spoiler.
yup...it was the picture taken of the group. The Waterman's were on the lookout and ready to trap their souls
Justice for Ralph and paco
Shoutout to Jay and Dino, actual heroes right there. Rip Paco and Ralph.
