    It is near possible to keep an even distribution of vitamins into a gummy. I talked with a compounding pharmacists and she said skip the gummies!

      I would say any of their multivitamins will be great and I do like both. It depends on what you're looking for though eg: gummies or liquid and then of course the ingredients and how much they contain.. I like the liquid as it's better absorbed but were all different..

    The Mary Ruth line is really expensive and add shipping on top and it’s not practical.

      If your skin can tolerate it everyday then yes absolutely.

    My hair also started to fall out in early Jan this year. I’m now on minoxidil and have been shedding hair like crazy 😢

    For the vitamin D, you can also just take 5 x 1000ius :) I’m trying to get MaryRuths but I’m in northern canada and we don’t really get Amazon here :(

      Oh of course and I was doing this before I found the 5000IU bottle. You go through the bottle quicker by taking 5 but yeah it’s an option lol. Try their website!!

    I really like you with dark hair...I think it would look great grown out with some very light blonde highlights, but not too many...Thanks for the informative Video...I'm gonna up my vit. D. Only problem with all these supplements is you have to get a second job to afford them...

      Their mushroom supplements help me with energy level throughout the day, their coffee I only need one cup for the full day & they even have my favorite relax blend which I drink at night with warm milk to have a deeper rejuvenating sleep 🙌🏼

    For Omega 3s, I believe it’s best to get over 1000

      My Omega contains over 1,400mg Fish Oil but the DHA and the EPA numbers is what matters according to my Naturalpath

      @@SincerelyMissAsh yes, sorry I meant over 1000mg for just the EPA. Actually Dr Huberman (huberman lab podcast) recommends to try to get 2g of epa per day I believe

    Just lending a little information being in the medical field your over exerting your body on to much vitamins. If you take a multivitamin, probiotics why do you need millions of vitamins to take. That’s too much. Be careful have seen people in the hospital for over doing vitamin intake.
