Hi, nice deep unboxing. All amplifier and powerboard section should be given by JBL in a separate small nice box just like an integrated amp with all input and output connections.

Hello, I have a JBL soundbar 5.1 with the removable speakers and I was wondering if the subwoofer can be converted so that I can use it without the soundbar with RCA cables. Does anyone know about that?
Yes, but this requires good technical knowledge in the area of electronics as it is necessary to use a multimeter and make adaptations to the circuit.
Amigo, bom dia!
As it is still under warranty, you must take it to the closest authorized technical assistance point in your region. If there is no assistance nearby, you must contact JBL so that they can send it to have the repair or repair done.

Hey Robson, how are you? Came across your teardown video and was hoping if you could advise me on something. I have Jbl 5.1 with detachable speakers. Recently, the subwoofer stopped working (after making a few weird sounds) It connects to the sound bar (light is stable behind the woofer) but just doesn’t work. Tried various troubleshooting tips but none seem to be working. It does occasionally work and then sometimes its just dead. One way I got it to work was to max out the volume and something triggers the sub woofer. So my question is, do you by any chance know which part is the culprit here - sound-bar or woofer? Or it just the full main board which is busted? Also would you happen to have a schematic of this sound-bar? Appreciate your help in any way :)
hello my brother, unfortunately I do not have the technical scheme to help you, but I see only 3 culprits for the problem reported by you, the first you have to test the subwoofer (woofer) if it is ok the next step is to check the source board of subwoofer (capacitors usually cause this problem) and third, the defect would be in the bluetooth card of the subwoofer box. If you have any questions, just ask and I'll do my best to help.
The previous generation is better than this one, it has more powerful bass, unfortunately jbl cut costs and made this 5.1 surround a more basic version, but the 5.1 with standout speakers is still very good.

Hello friend, as I had the opportunity to have 2.1 and 5.1 there is a small difference in sound quality in favor of 5.1 but that for me doesn't justify a huge difference in value from one to the other, and the power won't think it's the double, the only thing that can be said that is much better is the gravez because the difference of a woofer from 6`` to 10`` makes the difference, now the 9.1 this yes I think it has a big difference.
@@robsonbraun wouldn’t the real difference be in how many channels there are. 2.1 isn’t really going to compare with 5.1 in terms of stereo sound. Having no center channel alone limits a 2.1.
@@LoafRock It doesn't make much difference because the 5.1 center channel is horrible because it lacks clarity in the voice especially when watching movies, but more for listening to music there is not much difference besides the power from 2.1 to 5.1
I'd say HUGE difference as there is only two speakers in the 2.1 whereas there are FIVE speakers and two tweeters. I had both, so I know. I ditched the 2.1 for the 5.1 and haven't looked back. My wife loves the 5.1 but our dog don't. We have to give him tranquilizer when we watch a movie. He hates fireworks and now this bass.
I was surprised it did not have any. I was always wondering why although it sounds good that something was off. I had one inch memory foam laying around and I added it just to the top of the subwoofer and now sounds like a 2,000 subwoofer.

Amigo, bom dia!
The sub speaker looks beefy as hell no wonder that deep craaazy bass.. Men i wish they bring back the last gen 5.1..clear than the latest
