When you were first talking about all the difficulties since releasing milk and honey, my first thought was spiritual warfare! you’ve been so bold and faithful for God and doing so can definitely put a target on you. I Pray you are comforted in knowing the Lord and his army of angels Are protecting you and equipping you!

Can you also talk about period headaches and many ways to get extra estrogen pushed out!! I know that’s my issue lol! Also, like what would you say are the 3 most helpful health things to do consistently! It’s easy for me to get a long to do list and that is stressful to me lol!
Also, any liver tips too?! I know that’s something I need to show some extra love too!!

I'm new here, like only watched two of your videos, but I wanted to say that I HUGELY appreciate your videos and your energy in your videos. I'm like minded in your health approach, but it can be so daunting/overwhelming online learning everything. It can also be really scary when, I feel, a lot of health talk is fear inducing and seems catastrophic. I really appreciate your joyfulness in your circumstances, it's encouraging to see from someone with similar life/health/spiritual perspectives. Thank you!

Can you do a video of all your supplements, how often you take them, & why you take them? But put it all in one video? I've been watching you for years and have learned a ton since I have pcos and hypothyroidism as well, but when all your videos have supplements I wonder if you take all these everyday or if you have a schedule? Just curious.❤

Hi Cambria! I’m such a fan and struggled with binge eating in my teen years which is why I started following you. Have you ever tried fasting for 3 days? This gives your body a break from digesting food so that cells can be regenerated. When I came off of my fast, I felt amazing and so energized!

❤❤❤love this! I can't wait for you to start sharing your new health regime and taking clients cuz I'm jumping on that list 🎉
Psalms 23 is my fav. I think on it quite often and it kinda just bubbles out of me a lot.

I’ve been starting my mornings reading from Milk and Honey, really loving it and ordering 2 more copies for Christmas gifts - and speaking of 🍯, Honey Mama’s Tangerine Tahini flavor is SO good - love the mint too, but try this one if you like an orange/chocolate combo.

Hey Cambria, have you ever heard of the Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS)? I'd been wondering if it would be in alignment with your healing journey, and then I heard you mention in a video that your mom had had MCS (I think it was MCS...whatever it was that she bought the sauna for), and I was like well then!! I have to mention DNRS to Bree now.
Essentially when you go through a traumatic experience (could be physical, emotional, viral, etc.), for some people your brain can get stuck in a fight/flight/freeze response loop. Since your brain pretty much controls every other system in your body (hormonal, immune system, digestion, etc.) if it's stuck in this maladapted stress response every other system in your body can be negatively inpacted and dysregulated. Whether it's because your brain is diverting resources from those systems in order to fuel the chronic stress response, or because it's using those systems (e.g. your immune system) to fight against a threat that's no longer there. Just a whole mess, essentially, which can result in a whole host of chronic illnesses (such as MCS, hormonal stuff, mold illness and the list goes on and on).
But, because your brain is neuroplastic, it can heal itself, and when that happens all the other systems that it was messing with (just trying to keep you "safe", to be fair) will also heal and re-regulate. There are a few neural rehabiltaton (brain rewiring) programmes out there that I've heard of that essentially help you to retrain your brain, so that it heals itself and comes out of that maladapted stress response. DNRS is one of those programmes, and I can personally vouch for it highly.
Anyway, that's a lot of words lol. I thought of DNRS in relation to you initially because I know that your body would have gone through a traumatic time when you were younger and going through the eating challenges. And then seeing all the hormonal issues you were having. And then you mentioned MCS in relation to your mom - and MCS is a classic manifestation of the brain injury that I discussed before (and that people have used DNRS to fully recover from) - and that brain injury can pass from parent to child...and then you mentioned mold...I really think you should check it out to see if your brain and nervous system are the root cause of so many of the symptoms that you are (so very impressively) treating.

All my events came up back to back also. I had my gallbladder removed, My best friend passed away, I got pregnant and miscarried a few months later, then Covid hit and we had to quarantine. Then we took in my niece and my hubby got laid off first cut for Covid because he was aviation. Then I got hit with mold because it was in coffee maker. I had been using it over a year and had all these crazy symptoms. So 2019 to 2023 has been fun lol but the Lord was with me and as always it made me go deeper in my health /faith journey. Book of Roman’s and Colossians got me through and copy work in psalms. Ahhhh what a life 😅

I was wondering how come your past doctors did not catch that they always do a stool test even western medicine check that. What about your functional doctors? Most of the time a stool test is suggested. Is it a special did test?
