I was just telling my sis in law that I’m no longer following a workout plan. I use to write my own workouts and I lost weight because I wasn’t stressed on missing the planned workout and comparing my results to others. I just want it to flow! If I want to do a challenge I will but I like the freedom of being in control of my active lifestyle.
This was exactly what I needed… a reminder that peace comes from the presence of God. Not control, lack of body fat, abundance of created things… but the solitude and grace of our Savior. Thank you for letting God lead this ministry of yours. Love you Cambria💛

Cambria! I just shared the line about digesting the Word vs just ingesting it with my community group. I'm so grateful I have people to deep dive into the Bible with and slowly digest together... Studying together makes a world of difference!
My favorite dinner idea right now is chayote squash soup. This is how my grandmother taught me to make it. Saute chopped tomatoes, onion and cilantro add the peeled and chopped chayote squash mix around. Add water to cover the chayote squash season with salt or she used chicken bouillon oregano and I add a little pepper. Cook until the chayote is soft then serve. Optional, my grandmother would add queso fresco cut in squares and enjoy. Super simple but really good.
TW: loss I have to say I feel like virtually I’ve walked through a lot of life with you. I’ve followed you when you were “Bree loves beauty” I never imagined the impact you’d have on my personal life. I’m in the midst of pregnancy loss and I’ve completely shut down but tonight I reached for your devotional page 51-53 “A taste of trust” “I realized the only thing we have control over in this life is if we’ll choose to trust God” I’ve never needed to hear more impactful words than those exact ones in this exact moment. Sometimes it may go unknown but your work and your light shine changes on others who are working through their darkest times.
I’m in utter tears. My heart absolutely aches over the loss of your baby. As I’m typing this tears are flowing down my cheeks. I wish I could hug you and hold you but I know that our Good Shepherd is. He sees your trust in Him, and He will see you through the valley, and one day wipe away every tear as we’re both reunited with our precious little ones. I just read this morning - “i knew you before I formed you in the womb.” And He knows our babies. I love you my friend. Words cannot express how much my aching heart rejoices to hear that God used those words to minister to your heart in this season. All of my love. He’s with you, He’s with you ❤️

Your videos are so amazing Cambria. I just love when you talk. It puts so much things in perspective. Its like listening to your conciousness talk. You want somebody and to tell you these things and when you really hear them from someone it makes it so much easier. Thank you so much. I agree so much with you. Implementing is the key that makes so much sense. And I feel I never can do anything when I dont have it perfectly set in front of me. You nailed it by the way. Also please dont forget my request video and some specific tips not to feel old and have passion and energy to do what I really want no matter the age might really help.
