I don't know whether I prefer the GT7 penalty system or the FM system. Having to slow down during the race costs you any chance of winning whereas having the penalty added to your finishing time means you can still be competitive. The problem with FM is that rammers and dirty drivers can take you out, get a penalty and still win. Then you have a broken system on top of that so those same drivers know how to get away with ramming and pitting other drivers.
Jeez, this lobby is mighty intense, nicely done on your last race though. If I may kindly throw in an idea or two, I reckon a David Perel GT7 sparring would perhaps keep you on your toes towards sectors that you could improve on. Besides the fact that your last races with him were back in 2019 and since then your defense strategies have gone up by a large margin. Who knows what else you could learn from an actual Super GT racer this time around? 🧐

Man, My absolute favorite is using GR. 3 cars on the full nurbergring circuit. My 2nd all time favorite is also doing the same track but with go karts. If you havent done the go kart on the full circuit. . Broooo....

Yo what!? Tuning is allowed. I’m just over here running the Mazda over and over with no tuning. I’m at 55.2 for my qualifier and I’m high 55s to mid 56s in the race

That spaniard in the last race was Josete the World Champion. That lobby was one of the fastest possible. Had Digit, Brea, Dani, etc. Pretty impressive!
Great racing Steve. I actually chose the Porsche and drove it without a setup to a ‘decent’ pace - not perfect but it’s probably the best car under default set up and might be a helpful option for some who don’t love the tuning aspect 💪🍻

Not the Theme of the Video I know but... I finally managed to win my first Sport Race in the Daily Race B around Deep Forest Raceway backwards in Group 4 Cars. Used the 458 Gr.4, stayed clean and made only one Mistake. I'm happy about it :)

@@Mr.Showbiz Thank you. Good Thing I started in 3rd due to my decent qualifying Time. And I drove without many major Mistakes, only made 1 in the first Lap but I had Luck because the Cars ahead of me were fighting
Think I should clarify, I’m only in the 3rd race here (with the Aston), the BMW in the 2nd race is the alt account of the guy who won the 3rd one 😂 he is very quick as well 👍

At 17:28 you could see Consta balancing right on the edge of oversteer, maybe intentionally with his car setup to be faster. That’s what the REALLY good players excel at.

I agree with you. I’ve enjoyed that game because of the driving. The game calls itself “The Real Driving Simulator”. Thus, I bought the game to drive not tune.

I recently just got the nissan nismo in grand turismo 7. Just started playing the game a few days ago but most the tuning parts for the car all say N/A, how do I get or unlock them so I can make the nissan much faster??

Another great video mate 👊 that GTR is very strong without changing tyres but the Genesis like you said has took over it’s just way to fast, probably 400th a lap over GTR etc shame this week wasn’t default as I think it would been much better on BOP with default setups, but always fun racing this track like you said 100% one the better combos around.

It's quite normal to see UA-camrs together in top split, Rory is sadly not the fastest UA-camr and Steve has lost his pace over the last year so that's why they're together in the first few races here. It's quite normal to see people like Wind, Kie25 and Digit in the same race in top split though.
Ah, I wanted to see some highway 1 full course gt4 was one of the best combos ever.
I prefer Suzuka GR3/GR2 or Spa F1. Possibly endurance mode. Many many laps.
Overall with knowledge about the other penalty systems of acc/f1/iracing, i think gt7's system is the most not understandable one in comparing (and most annoying one)

Ok so also tried other videos, doesnt seem to happen. Tried lowering quality to 480p (forcing 30fps instead of 60), video awfully much more fluid and easier to watch. Remember prioritizing fluidity for better viewing experience instead of ridiculous resolutions (if it applies), since most people have up to 1080p anyways and also a very good inet is needed for much higher quality without having to buffer
Is there any website that shares competitive setups for dailies? I don't have the patience or time for testing setups unfortunately.
