The fact that to this day we only have three below average ultra souls is amazing lmao. The fact that gamereon, who can pretty much carry some stages, if fifth worst is something else
And even then most of the below average ultra souls are viable as generalists
in UL especially there are so many more options than him and I haven't used him in years. For me he's pretty dogshit lol, he has lots of hp but still a lot more options.

Momotaro was my first Uber, and he carried me through every red stage. I used him to solo bombergirl and r cyclone.
Edit: his 2nd form (and ONLY 2nd form) allows you to cheese the colonel stages.
Lol bombergirl is easy as piss in my opinion, it was my first advent stage completed

@JøêýXD Oh, im lucky? Trust me, without hard work to get treasures and to build your units, there is no such thing as a broken unit. Also, you can achieve similar results with icat. Even still, he is super easy to get. There are no "hard to get" Ubers (excluding uberfests and epicfests, which are technically almost as rare as legend Rares).
@@solespence6787 Yep. He pretty much cucks every red stage. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through some of the ITF stages without his evolved form. still needed red treasures tho, as they made the cyclone freeze for longer so there would be less room for error.
This set is really cool, with the first forms being spammy units and the second forms being really cool and big units, which is why I am really excited to see this ranking.
Also Jizo probably #1 as always.

I was really excited about this one, because I have Benkei, my only legend rare, they're lvl 32 rn. Glad I can say he is in fact the best anti Angel in the game, better yet I got him in the same roll that I did as another 3 other ubers. Momo, saru, and Crane.

I got Jizo from Epicfest, exactly after beating Japan. But started using him after EoC 3, because i didn't knew how broken he was. Also yeah, he is really helpful for newcomer because of xp stages.

I don't think there will be any other ultrasoul Uber that can topple down Kasa Jizo in terms of performance and versatiliy. It not only wrecks Blacks and Angels it also somewhat has higher stats than cameraman and paris and cheaper too.

got Shitakiri out of x11 yesterday and I was like " If someone gonna make a ranking of the US then this gonna be at the bottom", I was not wrong, but I did get Momotaro out of the same roll so it is all good

Kintaro was my first uber. He was probably one of the greatest helpers for my early game experience, as he helped to take down bun-bun, crazed tank, and Alaska from Into the future 3, to give a few examples. He fell into obscurity for a while, but is coming back as Winged Pigge is becoming a more serious threat. I’m moving into UL as of time of posting, and I’ll be getting his true form soon, and will probably be my answer to any Pigge problems. Fantastic unit, and I’m very grateful to have picked him up.

Kintaro helps a lot vs angels, (yes that's obvious) because of both of his forms, First form has about 30% chance to savage blow in it's first form, it has not long cooldown; both for attack and deployment, and 840 cost, making it just cheaper than Cyborg.
Sarukani as a generalist is insanely underrated, I got through itf 3 with only 2 tf in my loadout just because he’s just so strong, he’s stronger than crazed bahamut
I got super lucky that my first Uber was (and is) Sarukani I beat a lot of the game easily thanks to Sarukani

Colossal benkei hard carried me in the entirety of the early game in empire of the cats, into the future and in stories of legends up to the ururun stage as my very first legend rare obtained. I'm really glad to have unlocked this unit as literally my first very significant unit, and only now in cats of the cosmos and some stages after the ururun in stories of legends, it's struggling a bit but not due to its flaws but because of the competition of teamm slots with shadow gao, d'artanyan and Awakened Bahamut, and i'm not confident enough to run all of them in one slot for most stages, still it doesn't deny how much he has carried me, WAY BETTER than regular/crazed bahamut

I struggled on every single cyclone stage,even the normal cyclones (white,red,and black cyclone) until I got momotaro,and I went on angel cyclone’s stage and perma-froze them with momotaro,cutie momoco,and Juliet cat to win it instantly and got clockwork cat.

If you don’t know what cutie momoco does,they have a guaranteed chance for a wave every attack,and that wave has a guaranteed chance to freeze blacks,reds,and angels for 2 seconds,with rapid attacks and multi-hit,and immunity to waves,too.

Even tho I know that Kachi Kachi’s first form is pretty terrible, I got him on a roll unfortunately, but it actually helped me a little bit in the early game by weakening some of the aliens in into the future, especially that damn alien hog, I didn’t have many anti alien cats that could debuff aliens at the time (Aphrodite doesn’t count cause she deals massive damage, not debuff), usually I would get pretty good rng on lowering the attack of any alien really, and if one died I could bring another one, the only one I couldn’t debuff much was Bun bun, but I managed with Aphrodite and a few crazed cats and of course the famous psycho cat that everyone keeps bringing in anti alien levels, but I’m actually kinda thankful I got Kachi Kachi early game, really helped me quite a bit

i’m curious where sakurni and moon princess will go on this list. Sakurani just cuz he’s my personal fave and hard carried me through zombie stages for ever, and moon princess cuz she’s considered so bad i forgot her actual name. Also i have all three of her variants lmao

I’ve only just started battle cats a few weeks ago and for my first 11 pull I asked my friend if I should pull for the Valentine Gals set or the Ultra souls set, she told me to go for Ultra Souls because this one unit, Kasa Jizo is really good... I got Kasa Jizo as my first Uber and now she’s super jealous lmao

Tbh i feel like jizo falls down a lot on UL, he is a beast before that but UL kinda mess up with money and range in a way that he is barely effective, now megacastle jizo does hold its ground very well as killing winged piggie as soon as possible in some stages is crucial to win
disagree strongly. in UL he is valuable so much considering he can obliterate 2 traits that are extremely common. first form has good mobility so he is flexible in lineups and his speed for an attacker is a bit helpful. units like cameraman will have a harder time getting past the surge base or constant surges or going across a long battlefield in general (not to say cam is worse) but jizo being unique makes him very valuable in late game and I've used him in tons of UL stages.

@@criticalsht6653 you should bring him pretty much whenever you see a black or angel. sometimes you might wanna use cameraman or slapsticks over him but he still holds his place as a great attacker.
Even if pizza is considered weaker, I still use him over Jizo. With max talents and lvl 50+11, it’s funny watching pizza insta kill almost every single black enemy, especially with the wave attack.

im really curious about what talents they will give Jizo, since, you know, he is already broken as hell im sure they wont be that good, but if they are it will really make more rewarding using the castle since its a really cool unit. Also im biased since it was the first uber i got true form and the first taste of what a big nuker looks like (apart from bahamut) and almost always using his first form makes me feel sad for the big boy

@@eggggyu5 its about repositioning not tanking. If, for example an aku gori or R. Host get to him even with x2 health he is getting melted, but with more kb's he could fall back and still have health to spare. I guess survival is a kind of more kb's talent after all.

I personally have a lvl 40 kachi katchi, I use his 1rst form mostly, I personally think hes great. Fast, takes out swarms, alien + angel witch I see a lot at mid game, you are at late game, do maybe I'm wrong but I think he is ok at least
“Okay” is exactly the term I use to describe Kachi his stats are also okay and his niche is too. In real life if you hired cleaners and they said that they would do an okay job, you wouldn’t be praising them.

Quick question: how do you calculate Kintaro tf's dps including savage blows, since id like to know how much dps he has at level 50.
First form has 10% chance of savage blow, so the dps is boosted 1.2x the original dps.
Evolved and true forms have 20% chance, so 1.4x.
20% Chance of doing +200%.
So its 0.2x200, For 40% boost.
Imagine being a black enemy and seeing 73 jizos running at u

I got two on my baby Chinese account on one guaranteed roll.
I got 1 dupe (and my only dupe) from uberfest, i got the first one from plat ticket idk whats up with that lol
Turns out i was stupidly lucky lol.
I think i rolled on a guaranteed uber on ultra souls and got the 2 best ones in the set excluding the legend.
Additionally, i also have yukimura and togeluga on the same file (i also got raiden but he's not really that good). The best part? IT'S ALL BEFORE EOC CHAPTER 3.
I just got back into the game after a while and still had it installed on my phone. Comming back to this file was a delight.
I got jizo today and have basically just used him to replace pizza in my general use team, as well as obviously throwing him into my xp/black stage team for cyborg cat
Honestly, try and move Pizza back into your generalist team, as he's a lot sturdier and hits harder than Jizo does, even if he doesn't accumulate nearly as fast, and double so if you have Pizza with Wave talent.
Get wave and cost down for Pizza. He will be MUCH more useful than Jizo.
It would be funny is someone made a tier list for battle cats but instead of ranking them based on their uses it's ranked on raw stats and abilities

Chaos moon is good when space cat is your only critter. Trust me. Before her i fighted many metal one horns with space cat as my only hope and, it was very rng heavy. But with chaos moon it slows so its useful against faster metal enemies so yeah. (Yes i still dont have jurassic)

Sure I *could* get a sniper that's only good for freezing but demands 2 million xp because Luga ubers are thirsty and won't work till level 10. Or I could just fling on this and get something good from level 1 onward like Kaguya or the monster known only by the letters K.J.
The Last tier was literally my first uber in ultra souls and most of My first uber are the WORST ONES in each banner in the piexies banner is the vortex dude in monster girsl i think yes it was the mermaid Girl second bad but still bad and for the zeus it's buhamat (the long range form) want to be but some are good tho like sharpshooter Saki and mid i think is mighty bomburr but i guess i should be grateful for having these ubers
But your ubers aren't really that bad. Aer is an ok sniper and with talents he's actually a pretty good debufer against aliens;ruri is pretty situational but can be really good in some stages without/with few peons ;zeus is just good in general with a weird niche, not as broken as other almightys but good enough

When you are at mid game, that's an important element to consider, since every video focus on units mostly in longevity, but never on how useful they are right away, since I only reserve TF for the very best.

I have five Ultra Souls. Definitely my favorite set along with Girls and Monsters (a set I have 3 Ubers in) and the Dynamites.
And of course I started out with Momotaro and got +2 Jizo during ItF. Kaguya, Gamereon and especially Sarukani still have their amazing niches though.

God I hate how much Kachiyama's niche keeps getting underrated, guaranteed permaweaken vs two always relevant traits is really great to have, the synergy with Ramen in particular is amazing since he already does so much as an Angel staller
Meanwhile Kaguya's niche is completely fucking dead
Kachiyama weaken is not really special because he does not bring anything new to the table, he is an ok support but outside of that you can just use Thamartuge to fill his role if you want weaken, Kaguya I kinda agree with you, we have a bunch of Advent cats to fill in Kaguya role already but I think she still have a place in the metal meta because of her high range(for metal) in first form and can sometime deal with Metals that the others Advent Cats can not deal with, This is just my opinion though
@@thenohacksandmoneyspending2210 I mean you say that, but there aren't really any no Uber alternatives that can replace that type of CC. Yes Thaumaturge and talented Sanzo/Psychocat exist, but they have too many limitations to do the same job. The main one is range because within the Angel/Alien niche there are a lot of relevant midrange and backliner enemies that Kachiyama can either outrange or tank but those other units can't deal with
@@Marshall.R yeah I get what you mean on Angels because Angels push hard so having weaken can help but for Alien I don't think he does as well because Aliens are more hellspawn on backliner so Kachi can not reach them to do the debuff so I don't think he is that great against Aliens
@@thenohacksandmoneyspending2210 What do you mean? Kachiyama already has a lot of effective HP and endurance to work with and once he gets the first hit in it's even easier for him to keep his ground while debuffing and attacking the backliner in question
@@Marshall.R he can not reach the backliners if there are tank in the way so he can not debuff or snipe the backliners and if you get in range to do debuff to the backliners then it mean he is also in their range and they will just kill him ,when it come to backliners his speed is a problem, he just gonna zoom in and get himself kill and you have to consider his cost as well , he is not worth the 5k you spend, imo, he is not a bad Uber, he just get outclass by a lot of other specialist and generalist Uber
Should I be using jizo or cameramen as a generalist? My jizos already level 40 since I don’t really have a lot of other Ubers to level up and my cameraman’s level 30

Tbh people shit on the other ubers in the set because jizos so good in comparision, but the rest are all meh or good ubers. Idk this set is just really underrated since its one of the best sets to roll on
