A lot of people are mentioning the bestdressed channel- she recently had a scare from a viewer finding her NYC apt via the views from her windows and went to her apartment. She’s now moving because she doesn’t feel safe. Blurring out the background of your views and being non specific about what’s exactly near your place can keep you safe. You never know who’s watching. Your place is beautiful and all of your projects are awesome.
Please do not move into a nyc apartment you couldn’t afford before the pandemic because they can legally raise the price back to its original rent once the market gets better.
Ya''ll sayin bestdressed vibes/accusing Cathy of plagiarism are annoying as hell. They're both Asian and use similar stock music, the "similarity" honestly begins and ends there. Stop reaching lmao. No one person is wholly unique and un-influenced by others (and this is coming from an Ashley fan btw, you don't have to tear down/police people for their so called similarities.) Ashley herself is even influenced from other "relatable" personalities like Joanna for example (who's videos she watches), so like calm down, AND ENJOY. Idk about ya'll but I love room makeover videos. You go queen, give us that good well-edited content!

I can see why she's filling in Ashley's gap for some people right now. since she's not editing or uploading videos. It is very coincidental that they both moved from LA to New York and she definitely was inspired and influenced by Ashley's editing style and way of creating videos. At the end of the day if there is a gap & niche available, it's fair game to be filled.
I have watched SO many apartment tours over the years, this was, hands down, the best I have ever seen. Your delivery was everything, incorporating your art work, building & DYIs made it even more interesting. Great sense of humor too! I wish you the best & much success.
