    बारीक कट केलेला कांदा - १ मध्यम आकाराचा
    किसलेले गाजर - १ छोटे
    बारीक कट केलेली हिरवी मिरची - २
    बारीक कट केलेला कढीपत्ता - ६-७ पाने
    जिरे - १ छोटा चमचा
    बारीक कट केलेली कोथिंबीर
    मीठ
    तेल
    पाणी - अडीच कप
    डोसा चटणीसाठी साहित्य:
    तेल - २ छोटे चमचे
    शेंगदाणे - पाव कप
    फुटाणा डाळ - पाव कप
    लसूण - ३-४ पाकळ्या
    सुकी लाल मिरची - २
    चिंच
    मीठ
    तडक्यासाठी साहित्य :
    तेल - १ मोठा चमचा
    मोहरी - अर्धा छोटा चमचा
    जिरे - अर्धा छोटा चमचा
    हिंग - १ चिमूट
    उडीद डाळ - १ छोटा चमचा
    सुकी लाल मिरची - १
    कढीपत्ता - ७-८ पाने
    Ingredients for dosa :
    Rice flour - 1 cup
    Finely chopped onion -1 medium size
    Grated carrot - 1 small
    Finely chopped green chilli - 2
    Finely chopped curry leaves - 6-7
    Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Finely chopped coriander leaves
    Salt
    Oil
    Water - 2.5 cups
    Ingredients for dosa chutney :
    Oil - 2 teaspoons
    Peanuts - one-fourth cup
    Roasted gram dal - one-fourth cup
    Garlic cloves - 3-4
    Dry red chilli - 2
    Tamarind
    Salt
    Ingredients for tadka :
    Oil - 1 tablespoon
    Mustard seeds - half teaspoon
    Cumin seeds - half teaspoon
    Asafoetida - 1 pinch
    Split black gram - 1 teaspoon
    Dry red chilli - 1
    Curry leaves - 7-8
