ive only ever had 2 shams drop off the bunker but ive had at least 20 or 30 bitches and the 2 shams that did drop wre only a 78% and 81% or something like that. i never really understood the sham tbh

Needs the lady fist on here. That thing is the ultimate boss shredder. (as long as you can hit crits) But it is an essential part of both my Axton build and my Maya build, in conjunction with the unkempt harold. The harold is for clearing big bodies and the fist is for precise shots, so it's hard for me to play one without the other. Both synergise fantastically well with the bee.
My good man, you never felt the BL2 weapon combo equivalent of One Punch Man called the Infiinity Pistol + Evil Smasher (buff glitch). NOTHING can survive a high rolled buff glitch onto the pistol more than a split second so beware of a player with the Infinite Smasher combo.

He also didnt mention that using the grog nozzle with the unkempt harrold is one of the most OP combos for a gunzerker. A double penetrating unkempt harrold plus the drunk effect from the grog nozzle makes every trigger pull fire like 28 projectiles. (It might be more or less than 28, i havent played BL2 in a while)

Sky rocket just isn't that good in uvhm.
Once you get to 72, it stops scaling well.

Doing a Hyperion allegiance run, and have died several times because of the stupid reverse recoil
I really love the B*tch and Bee combo. There are times when I just need a stream of amp damage going to a particular spot from a distance and I don’t have a sniper on me. It may not be a one-shot killer like some weapons, but it’s reliable at chipping health. I use her on dragons since they move pretty quick and the DPUH has such slow projectile speed.

Lyuda is an ammo consumption but if you're Salvador you can infinitely regen ammo cuz his ability allows you to get ammo
I love the Fibber on my Gauge. Takes some practice, but turns into a beast for sure.

Coupled with the bee shield personally my favorite item is the DVA infinity pistol (corrosive version)
My favorite item is the Lady Fist. The base damage isn’t so great, but it’s a Hyperion pistol, meaning great accuracy, decent clip size, and that *800%* critical hit damage! Combine that with the Bee and I fell in love with how potent that thing can be!
Thank you for showing the Chain Lightning in conjunction with the Grog Nozzle! I had found the Chain Lightning many times and just didn't much care for it, but I didn't know how to properly use it to its full advantage! This helps a lot!!
I have all of the Borderlands games except for Bl3. After I get my console back, I want to try to play through all of the games. I have half of the major DLCs (Captain Scarlett, Torgue), but only limited to Bl2. This video, along with many others, is really helpful for me
My list. In this order
1.The bee, It makes anything "Useable" and as long as its on level you can use any gun of any level to an extent.
2.Fibber(Ricochet) Its like a more difficult and potentially more powerful sand hawk with the right builds plus unlike sandhawk its actually viable to use for second winds.
3.Fastball(explosive) slag any enemy or even deathmark you could kill a Ultimate badass in like 3 grenades+ its a solid choice does a lot of damage... But I dont recommend it for raid bosses(unless for healing) or most normal bosses.
4.Infinity(perfect) The infinity with Sal Zero or maya(to an extent) is a great mobbing weapon with sal you are basically immortal(with a rubi or grog) with zero you can get great dps with crits one to two shotting most basic enemies(especially with #1 on the list) and its just a solid weapon and the only way I can kill Vora. Also fits into most builds as a backup or secondary slot cause you only need one pistol bullet to use it.
5.Lyudmila/Lyuda/White Death, This gun... if it wasnt for how fast it fires and the fact we are limited to 120 sniper bullets without a perk or relic this would probably be number 2 the fire rate decent damage and crit buff makes this gun godly just the ammo is a slight problem after extended use.
6.Hawk Eye... its basically the bessie and its really good on zero what do you want.
7.Sand Hawk, Why is it so low on this list? its requirements it needs to be good parts since its a dahl so hope for mostly dahl parts its projectiles are slow its ammo expensive and its very hard to get a second wind with it with anyone but Killer Zero(cause 60% two fang makes it viable for no aiming) or maya due to cloud kill plus if you want its full potential you need the bee but with these requirements met it is a Pyro Pete Pounder A Terramorphus Terror and a Vermivorous Victor... Hyperious... Hitter?(on zero)
8.Topneaa, I would argue it is better than the norfleet... Norfleet is great and all but topneaa... It is more common you can bullet spam with it does relatively similar damage(granted a lot less but comparable at least) It consumes the least ammount of ammo the infinity glitch with sal and the sal vladof rocket build is broken. HELL IT EVEN HAS TOP IN THE NAME.
9.Hydra... No reasoning cause I am on laptop wrote a paragraph about it and deleted it cause of touch pad.
10.Striker, Its a solid all around shotgun Devestating Doc's Powerful Rustler's and probably the fastest firing shotgun with texas on zero.

Nah the Bee makes everything too easy. There are plenty of weapons that don't need a Bee. I could get a Jakob's Quad which is a non unique purple shotgun and it can one kill hit most normal or some badass enemies in OP8. The Bee's true purpose is to make farming raid bosses really easier.
Infinity is overrated. A regular Vladof Anarchist pistol with a Bee kills Pyro Pete much faster than the Infinity.
@@lame6848 The bee does make everything too easy hence why it is the top of the list and the quad isnt up there cause I was talking about Uniques. But yeah the bee even a bad one can make underleveled weapons viable and on level weapons broken so yeah... and the infinity with double prefix and matching grip on zero and sal makes a great mobbing tool and infinite health on sal(cause fire rate damage and lack of requirement to reload paired with a moxxie weapon is basically discount immortality) But yes very very over rated I agree but I just also really like it.

I make sure to have all of these in my backpack with the exception of the fastball. Before watching this vid, i thought you were going to put the sham as an honorable mention. I love using the sham to rocket jump or even absorb bullets from enemies accompanied with the Legendary Hoarder class mod so i never have to worry about ammo.
Just carry a low level Logan gun it counts as rocket ammo when it's absorbed by the sham
Believe me, I carry that as well since i have two low level badabooms for rocket jumping.
Started playing bl 2 with the community patch again, a double penetrating unkempt Harrold dropped from a loot midget just before bunker lol

I've been using The Bee for the first time in ten or 11 playthroughs/characters and it (as you say) is MONSTROUS. I can't believe I never tried it before.

the unkempt harold in my favorite gun in the entire game, when I discovered it, it was the weapon I would always look for
The Bonus Package is a good honorable mention for those who want big AOE coverage and good damage in a grenade I use it and a Magic Missle on my OP8 Gunzerker
Quake Midaro don't know about true or ultimate but your 1st play through the bonus package is top tier. Haven't been able to get one since.
Sandhawk - The Bee - Conference Call
Id put moxxis good and bad touch on a top 10 list or at least the honorable mentions tbh (twin SMGs count as 1). If you manage to avoid getting greedy and wait until you're properly levled before getting the good and bad touch that combination of caustic and incendiary SMG will rip through most enemies unless you've got something with insane shields to fight.
The reason why its a top 10 to me is that even though they aren't even close to the strongest SMGs in the game by any measure they are incredibly easy to get. No farming. No effort. Just drop cold hard cash in Moxxis Tip Jar and recieve extremely good weapons. These two SMGs have carried me through much of the hard process of grinding up my first set of proper endgame gear at which point they get retired.
Also I think the Infinity pistol deserves and honorable mention. It's the bread and butter of any bee shield player since the Unkempt Harrold burns through ammo at a ridiculous rate. Keep an infinity on standby and never worry about running out of ammo again. It's damage may be poor but the bee shield combined with endless dakka dakka will make up for that. It's also easy to farm and available early in the game which makes it a convenient weapon.
Braindead They're incredibly good because of that crit boost. In opinion only the Bitch surpasses them.
I wish the Maggie was as good as it was before the bee patch. I loved that gun

I had a fastball grenade that was level 20 and it worked till I was on level 50. Its one of my best.
I agree completely and I'm so happy you put unkempt at #1 my first ever play though I used unkempt and grog on Salvador got to op1 but did not know about DPU and that parts made a difference

Little sidenote for the Fastball that you get from Boll, I've killed up to 4 enemies with one fastball grenade, mostly because they were grouped quite closely to each other and was able to throw one at that time. You ARE able to kill multiple enemies with just one grenade, but make sure you throw it in a tightly packed group of enemies.
#1 Lady fist once you know how to use it, I feel like it’s one of the best pistols in the game.
#2 The Fiber it lives up to its rarity “unique”, and like the Lady Fist when paired with the Bee shield it can deal out some pretty exceptional damage.

Got the unkempt at lv10 used it all the eay through to the warrior. Did the same thing instantly farming it on true and used it to the warrior no issues. On my uvhm im just getting a new one every 5 lvs by farming torgue machines and savage lee whenever I walk by his spawn
Back in 2014 me and a friend had spent almost 200hours playing splitscreen. We got a DP umkempt harold. Untold joy.
I made a terrible mistake, dropped it on the ground for my friend to pick up and went and travelled out thinking that he had.
Gone forever.
I'm quite surprised the Lady Fist, Fibber, Sham and Rough Rider didn't make this list. Granted, you DID say it is in your opinion, I'm still surprised.

8: Quasar bunching mobs up.
7: Tranfusion grenades
6: Quad.
5:Antagonist shield: Best shield in game in my opinion.
4: Blockhead: Does a job on flesh enemies
3: Slagga Equip it on a character that has fire rate buffs and it flat out destroys.
2: Hornet: Pretty much my go to gun in loader heavy areas that have some flesh mixed in as well.
1: Bekah: As a defensive player who prefers to keep distance the bekah serves me extremely well.
The infinity has been there for me more than any other gun. The orge is great as well. The unkempt harold is awesome though.
The conference call always held a special place in my heart, it was the first legendary I got...and i got it from the warrior🤣🤣
But a great combo is conference call and bee shield, I took out so many enemies who I otherwise wouldn't have
The infinite repeater is also good on the game especially for the mechromancer and her heal skill. As long as the gun stays fully loaded you keep regenerating health. Plus the gun has infinite ammo

Maybe 5 years ago. Its pretty meh atm. Nothing special can be done with it to make it good anymore. Its still better than the average hyperion shotgun just not to the level of these god tier pieces of equipment.

I've always wondered, how do you make those little intros for every rank ? It seems different everytime :D also have to disagree on the Unkempt Harold, to me this gun has huge weaknesses like slow projectile speed so if enemies start to dodge specially if you have a DPUH and not an explicit/hard, you'll miss 2/3 of the split bullets and the ammo consumption. It's great against large enemies bots/skags/Saturn like you showed, and good against most other mobs with cool tricks like swapping with a grog (which ironically uses the slow projectile speed) but an Anarchist/Lady Fist can do that as well plus raiding is even better with them. I'm surprise the lady fist is not on your list too :P
I would've thought that the Lady Fist would appear as well. And I despise the Unkempt Harold because of its slow projectiles and the spread. Way inferior to Lyuda.

I think the Lady Fist has a limited range of usefulness. Yes it does +800% crit damage but the base damage itself is vastly overshadowed by most other weaps. Its core utility is being great against Crystalisk legs... but then again so is the Harold (assuming you don't mind the ammo consumption as noted before) or basically any Jakobs or Vladof sniper rifle. I wouldn't even consider slugging it out with The Warrior's crit spots using the LadyFist.

Lady Fist is outstanding in almost every situation except against non-critable enemies, bee amps the bonus crit damage and you also have swap mechanics with SandHawk and Unkempt Harold actually which make the bloody pistol even more broken. Just get a lady fist level 50 and a op 8 bee shield and the world is yours, litteraly.
@@Gollum2008Tube if it is looked at without any other items, the lady fist is just a very powerful pistol. In combination with some items however it can be really strong, like with the Bee. Additionally, Lady Fist swapping is a thing (as mentioned above) as well as offhand Lady Fist on Sal for ridiculous power.
With the Pimpernel, im surprised you didnt mention how fucking amazing it is while used with a gunzerker. If you gunzerk with the pimpernel and a launcher in the other hand, the pimpernel's secondaries will have the damage of the launcher

Nope, remove lyuda and switch it with the lady fist. And also remove the sandhawk as it's only really good with the bee, I'd replace it with a simple quad cause they do more damage with less buffs needed to make it good
@@jakecoyne3919 You definitely don't need the bee to make the sandhawk good, just match the elemt and apply some slag and it'll die very quickly.
@@danvil6234 no, as I use axton, it most certainly is garbage. It's bad on gaige, pretty bad on krieg. Sal it's ok but still bad. Only zero and Maya make use of it, but on op8, you need the bee for it. There are so many better options than the sandhawk, like to not use smgs on op8 unless there is a bee, same goes for most guns. Notice most of the gameplay is with zero, it's all made for zero in this, very little goes for other characters. Sal is good for Dpuh, norfleet, antagonist, fastball, and maybe the pimp. Sham wasn't even on the list, yet it's one of the most used shields in all borderlands2 and presequel

wait a minute. i completed all the borderlands open the vaults and play maybe for a bit after. i didnt know there was this much depth to borderlands. when you said if you can get this with such and such grip you blew my mind.
Borderlands 2 has endgame content as expansive as any MMO RPG once you get through the main story. Lots of insanely strong engame bosses to fight, legendary items with unique effects to farm and even hidden bosses to try and find. It's actually pretty fun with a group.
And to really min max a build you have to not only collect pretty specific equip combinations but even get the right version of those items for them to be as effective as possible. And since various bosses require various tactics this can end in a lot of time spent farming for legendary or unique items.

Scary-Nilerry Yeah, the cradle is god-tier. It’s much better than the bee for offense, and much tankier than the antagonist and blockade.
I'm surprised I didn't see Fibber. It still does good damage without the bee, but I guess only that one variation is good.
While I'm at it, anybody know if you can farm mission items without alt+f4? Save-quitting saves mission progress so closing the whole game is the only option?
You can set the save-file of your character to read-only, meaning that it won't save when you save-quit, allowing you to farm mission rewards quickly. K6 actually made a tutorial on it that I recommend you to check out.

Either download Borderlands Commander or set your file to read-only until you get the roll you want, then you uncheck read-only and save. (based on what I know)

I actually started a fresh playthrough with a buddy of mine the other day and the first time we encountered Savage Lee, he dropped me a Double Penetrating Unkempt. I figured we were gonna have to farm him a ton for something like that, but nah, I guess.

I tried to list items that I like on EVERY character. The exception being that Gaige and the Harold don’t play well together.
It might be possible to get the Norfleet from the Christmas Head Hunter DLC. I'm not fully positive since I haven't done it yet, but I got a Lyuda out of the loot train, which you can only normally get from the Dust, and a couple variations of legendary grenades and even Bee Shields and Infinity pistols. I'm also not sure if over power leveling increases the odds, but it's worth checking

I love the Homing package grenade mode. Get one that spawns 10 child grenades with high damage and whoo baby can you nuke a crowd. It's even still really effective in ultimate!
quick fun fact, the Pimpernel works horrendously with Sal... unless you're using the Pimphab glitch. but in a non-glitch fassion, you're either 1Gunzerking, or it sucks

So you get to combine 2 items on the list to beat 1 on the list? Lyuda with critical ascension out performs sandhawk in every boss fight btw. Also does more dps without the bee shield

@@squeakygamer7050 Beehawking is what makes the Sand Hawk so powerful, the Sand Hawk itself is inferior to the Lyuda (bullet speed, crit modifier, base damage). Even with the Bee I would argue that it depends on the enemy, if the Sand Hawk is better than the Lyuda, because some enemies require accurate crits to die quickly, and in these cases the Lyuda wins again - but the Sand Hawk has its own favorable matchups as well.
One thing I could see the Sand Hawk being even more powerful with is a strategy you will see in some raidboss speedkills is swapping to the Lady Fist to increase the Sand Hawk's crit damage, allowing for massive DPS - but that's only in combination with another weapon.
My point: if the Sand Hawk is used alone, it is weaker than the Lyuda. If you are wearing a Bee, it depends on the situation if the Lyuda or Sand Hawk are better. If it comes to raiding, the Sand Hawk is a very powerful choice with Lady Fist swapping.

The majority of the guns that I have won after quests I have usually end up trashing because they're so weak and luck laster than what I have already have so I trash it for the storage.
I think if you're at level 40+, if you're struggling with loot you got problems. You'd come across incredible guns in no time
